To borrow from the Christmas queen herself, “It’s time!!!” The new full-length trailer for Paris & Nicole: The Encore has been revealed as have all the details on the special. And we can’t wait to see Paris Hilton and Nicole Richie back on the small screen!
The Paris & Nicole: The Encore Peacock original special will drop on December 12 with all episodes available to stream exclusively on Peacock. So grab your popcorn and get ready to catch up with the original reality TV besties.
It’s a sanasaaaaaa life
It’s been two decades since Paris and Nicole first exploded on the scene with their TV debut that redefined pop culture. The two besties took the world by storm on the small screen as they tried to navigate The Simple Life. And now, they’re revisiting their youth and friendship in this fun new special.
And it’s chaos once again. After all, should we have expected less from these besties? In the trailer you see them talking about how much they miss each other and how much fun they are going to have.
The trailer then goes into a montage of them filming, trying on outfits, and working behind the counter at a Sonic Drive-In with Nicole behind the drive-thru cash register (and wearing a hotdog costume!) and Paris enjoying the store’s amazing lighting.
But while seeing them attempting new jobs and meeting new people is sure to be fun, the bulk of the special is an exciting new project. “We’ve decided to turn our famous song sanasa into an opera,” Nicole shared with a bewildered Kathy Hilton. Fans got a peek at this endeavor when the teaser dropped and the girls were watching an opera singer singing their famous lyrics.
But now it’s full-steam ahead as Paris and Nicole meet with singers, musicians, and more for their big event. And they’re not about to let their lack of experience in opera stop them. When told, “When you think about Nicole Richie and Paris Hilton you don’t go to opera.” Nicole’s reply was, “You don’t?”
After this special, we probably will! We can’t wait to see the once-in-a-lifetime operatic performance of Sanasa. And based on all the love the trailer is getting in the comments, we’re not the only ones!
