Real Housewives of Orange County viewers know that Gina Kirschenheiter took her real estate career very seriously. She shared her professional wins during Season 18 of the hit reality TV show. And now, she and her boyfriend, Travis Mullen, are taking the next step in their respective careers.
Clearly, the duo are confident in their RHOC exposure. They may have a certain percentage of clientele that are interested in the Bravo connection.

Gina and Travis revealed to Us Weekly that they are launching their own real estate team, powered by eXp Realty. The duo decided on the name The Gated Group.
“We know we are good at this job, we know our clients are well taken care of, and we know we are a solid team together,” the RHOC star told the publication. “I am definitely most excited that we are starting our own real estate team this year because I know we are going to crush it in 2025!”
It’s often suggested that couples avoid working together, but Travis feels confident in the decision. And they have been in the field together.
“I certainly understand that every relationship is different, but I think that Gina and I genuinely enjoy spending time with each other,” he revealed. “Doing real estate together allows us to maximize our time together, which is great. I also believe it has strengthened our relationship because on every transaction, there are obstacles that come up and we continue to learn how to overcome obstacles together. From that perspective, it is a win.”
Gina and Travis are marketing themselves as the “full package”
The RHOC veteran will have the more “client-facing” role, but she praised Travis as the “brain and heart of our brand.” Gina stated, “Together, we’re the full package.”
“Gina is a genuine people person,” Travis explained. “She has a knack for interior design and notices all the important details within the homes. She also loves shopping, which is basically what the home search process is. Personally, I enjoy putting the puzzle pieces together in order to help our clients secure the home that they fall in love with.”
Gina is anticipating a more buyer-friendly market. As the market stabilizes, the RHOC star thinks rates will further reduce.
“When they are ready, we will be here for them,” she said. “Let’s go!”
The couple couldn’t stop gushing about each other in the interview. If there was any doubt that Travis moving out would break them up, that’s all put to bed now.
“I tell Gina all the time that she reminds me of the words from Taylor Swift‘s song ‘I Can Do It With a Broken Heart,’” Travis shared. “Not from the standpoint of a breakup, but because things are not always perfect or how we would like — super busy with six kids, other jobs, two dogs, intense social life, etc. — but we need to get our work done. Gina always shows up and crushes it.”
Gina described her boyfriend as “the guy you want in our corner.” She added, “I feel lucky and blessed that I get to live my life with him in mine.”
