Season 14 of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills has centered around the epic feud between Dorit Kemsley and Kyle Richards. This season, Dorit understood every assignment that she ignored in previous years. She is there to confront Kyle and stand her ground. And somehow, RHOBH alum Teddi Mellencamp was dragged into this mess.
Teddi Mellencamp claims that Kyle Richards isn’t really friends with Dorit Kemsley
Recently, Teddi popped out of her father’s shadow to discuss the situation with Tamra Judge on their podcast, Two Ts In A Pod. They captioned the TikTok video, “@twotsinapod Kyle and Dorit have a long history on RHOBH! Do you see both sides to why they’re frustrated with each other at the moment?”
Of course, Tamra dove right in. “So you don’t think that Kyle’s downplaying her friendship with Dorit?” she asked. As you may recall, Kyle accused Dorit of “exaggerating” the depth of their friendship. “I see Kyle multiple times a week. I’ve never once is she like … unless she’s filming …,” Teddi replied.
“She’s like, ‘Where’s Dorit? Where’s Waldo?’” Tamra said. “They’re both going through the same thing. That’s what’s so frustrating. It’s like, they could be bonding over this.” Right now, both Dorit and Kyle are separated from their husbands.
Teddi accuses Dorit of not being there for Kyle
However, Teddi felt that their lifestyles were polar opposites at the moment. “Dorit just likes, you know, ripping down cigs and Kyle’s all into working out. Like, things are a little different where they are in their life right now,” Teddi stated. And Teddi should know. She is crashing with Kyle right now amid her divorce from Edwin Arroyave and her cheating scandal.
“Different lifestyles but instead they’re fighting over it,” Tamra explained. “And then you have the guys, PK [Kemsley] and Mauricio [Umansky] like “broing” it out. So, they just don’t like each other.”
Teddi disagreed with Tamra’s view. “I mean, I think they must like each other because they keep …” Tamra responded, “Filming the same show together?” Teddi replied, “Oh yeah, true.”
Teddi continued, “When was Dorit ever really there for Kyle? You would think of all the times, last year was when Dorit would have been there for her,” Teddi added. “And instead she showed … she showed the f*cking text messages!” Of course, Teddi referenced the text that Kyle sent Dorit before the Season 13 RHOBH reunion. Dorit showed it to Erika, and it was filmed.
“Yeah. I don’t like that,” Tamra stated. “I mean, that’s what I would have led with,” Teddi added.
During a recent episode of RHOBH, Dorit denied being friends with Teddi. So, Teddi is sticking by Kyle, and sticking it to Dorit.
