Bronwyn Newport is one of the best freshman housewives that we’ve seen in a while. She is honest, sometimes brash, and not afraid to stir the pot. However, while Bronwyn perfectly fits into the reality TV mold of The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City, her husband, Todd Bradley, does not. He seems uncomfortable with most of the group, and the cameras. During the Palm Spring trip, he told John Barlow that if his wife, Lisa Barlow, didn’t calm down, they needed to leave.

So, when Bronwyn shared during a recent episode of RHOSLC that Todd was unfaithful, her co-stars were shocked. While she received sympathy from Heather Gay, Lisa, and Meredith Marks sided with Todd. WOW.
Recently, Bronwyn was a guest on Watch What Happens Live. Todd was in the audience, and host Andy Cohen couldn’t wait to dive into the marital drama. “Do you think what’s being portrayed of your marriage and what people are taking away is representative of how your marriage actually is?” he asked.
“I wouldn’t say so. So, I think two things are happening here. One, so much of what’s really special and wonderful between Todd and I, he wants to be private,” she explained. “So, I knew that was never being filmed for the show. And then also, I wanted to just go on the show and be myself. I can be a little sarcastic.”
Bronwyn continued, “I just kind of put everything out there. I’ve learned that honesty is the best policy … until you’re on reality TV.” Andy responded, “But hiding crap on reality TV doesn’t work either.”
Of course, Real Housewives of New Jersey star, and sprinkle cookie connoisseur, Melissa Gorga chimed in. “It will always come out,” Melissa stated.
Next, Andy asked about Todd’s infidelity. “How long did it take you two to get over the marriage hurdles that you mentioned tonight?” he asked.
“Yeah, I mean, pretty quickly. A lot of it was a misunderstanding. We have different boundaries,” Bronwyn stated. “Todd never did anything physical with anybody. It wasn’t this big affair.” Cut to a split-screen with Todd removing his glasses and touching his face. He may not have seen that episode, but he looks thrilled!
“It was really that I was uncomfortable with how much he was talking to somebody who was very flirty with him. But … what I was trying to tell the ladies that night is that I’m insecure,” Bronwyn said. “I take things really personally. It’s hard for me and I used that as an example. I wish I hadn’t.” I’ll bet Todd wishes that his wife hadn’t used that example, too.
