Southern Hospitality Season 3 Cast Guide

Bravo greenlit Southern Hospitality for another season last May, much to the delight of Leva Bonaparte. Soon after, camera crews descended upon two of her well-known Charleston, South Carolina bars, Republic Lounge and Garden and Bourbon and Bubbles. 13 cast members have now finished putting their best (and worst) behaviors forward, leaving Season 3 ready to broadcast at the start of the new year. But who are these 13 stars eager to wow and WTF us on this season of Southern Hospitality? We will tell you all that we know about these fresh-faced principals now.

But also, before you continue scrolling downwards, pour one out for their West Coast twin, Vanderpump Rules. As VPR is starting over from scratch, we hope that the stars of Southern Hospitality bring it all the more. We deserve nice familiar things.

With each new season comes the changing of the guards. In every series, eventual cast shakeups are inevitable. Sometimes, the stars themselves chose to exit filming, typically because this genre is emotionally draining (times ten). Other times, however, the network makes this decision for them.

Season 3 of Southern Hospitality is no different, as three series regulars are sitting this one out.

Lucía Peña lost her job at Republic after drinking on the clock. Her firing pained Leva, as she considers Lucía a close friend, both on-screen and off. During Season 2, Episode 2, Leva sat Lucía down to discuss her termination, which Leva first delivered via a text. Lucía asked Leva for her job back, but Leva answered that this door was closed, as Lucía broke a main house rule that Leva could not overlook.

However, Lucía continued filming throughout Season 2. But in Season 3, this single mother will be MIA.

Mikel Simmons, who joined in Season 1, had a lesser showing during Season 2. Originally brought on as a VIP host for Leva at Republic, Mikel got suspended from his position after promoting an event at another club. However, his (filming) mother, Leva, wanted to give him a second chance, as Mikel’s story resonated with many viewers during Season 1.

In Season 1, Mikel came out to his church family. In his confessionals, he noted that he was living two lives because some of his loved ones had zero clues that he was gay. But then Season 2 arrived, showing us far less of his storylines. Sobriety and sanity were his newly desired BFFs, hence his departure in Season 3.

Oisin O’Neill joined in Season 2. He was known as the milkman, and he was terrible. Bye, handsy hellion.

Nine series regulars will return for Season 3 of Southern Hospitality

Leva is returning to this series for Season 3, which makes sense, as she owns the bars these cast members are filming in. Joining Leva are eight of her series regulars, who joined this cast during either Season 1 or Season 2 of Southern Hospitality.

DJ Maddi Reese had a rough Season 2. Yet, she is returning for Season 3. Lying about a cheating scandal is not a great look, but here we are, ready to see how Maddi presents in Season 3.

Speaking of Maddi, her new rumored beau, Joe Bradley, is also returning. As the Southern Hospitality Season 3 trailer teases, Joe and Maddi may (or may not) be married now, courtesy of a boozy night out on the town in Las Vegas.

Grace Lilly is a calm breeze in this southernly stormy state. Grace is a truth-telling, mother-loving, team-building, uber-positive ray of sunshine. Please stay forever, Grace. Or at least stay past Season 3.

When Lucía got axed for drinking during her shift, Mia Alario fessed up to similar crimes. Leva likewise fired Mia, while Mia equally continued filming during Season 2. But unlike Lucía, Mia is returning for Season 3.

Bradley Carter works out, and it shows. This personal trainer gets all the girls, but as his Bravo Bio teases, he might be getting one girl too many in Season 3.

Emmy Sharrett and her man, Will Kulp, will also return for Southern Hospitality Season 3. This season will be tricky for this pair, as the trailer teases Will might be cheating on Emmy (again).

TJ Dinch is our final returning face in Season 3. This talented gay bartender will be a detective (of sorts) in Season 3, helping to discern facts from fiction after another cheating scandal arises.

Southern Hospitality Season 3 introduces four new Republic staffers

A new hot mess season is approaching. Therefore, Bravo has effectively (maybe) decided who is out and who is now in for this cast. As for these newbs, we will soon get introduced to four new hospitality hopefuls, and all of them look like they are ready to bring their A games to Southen Hospitality.

First up is Molly Moore. Judging by the trailer, Molly and Emmy are not friendly this season. If you ask Emmy, Molly is an “insecure bitch.” If you ask Molly, Emily lives only for herself.

Lake Rucker is the newest VIP Host on Southern Hospitality. Bradley likes what he sees in Lake. What could go wrong?

Michols Peña is next. Michols is the new Assistant General Manager that these Republic staffers must appease. TJ thinks that his new boss is hot. However, only time will tell if Michols can live, laugh, and effectively lead in Season 3.

Austin Stephan is our final cast addition for Season 3 of Southern Hospitality. Leva trusts her staff. Yet, Austin is a tea spiller, which we love. In contrast, humans do not like to present as messy, so certain stars in this cast will likely loathe this cast addition.

And by this, I mean Will. In the trailer, Austin is the one who puts a massive Season 3 cheating storyline out into the atmosphere. Hopefully, Austin can back up his claims with receipts. If not, bless your heart, Austin.

And may Leva place you at one of her other bars, should this get messy.

Southern Hospitality Season 3 premieres on January 2 at 9/8c on Bravo.
