Vanderpump Rules alum Stassi Schroeder received an unexpected, and unwanted, gift this Christmas. While playing with her daughter, Hartford Clark, she sustained a bloody injury. Naturally, her husband, Beau Clark, continued filming while Stassi received some expert nursing care.
Stassi Schroeder’s “Wicked” injury
As you may recall, Stassi made quite a comeback after her firing from Pump Rules. Not only did she join the cast of Season 2 of Vanderpump Villa, but she also secured a deal with Hulu for her own show.
Plus, she scored a deal for her podcast with PodcastOne. Of course, Stassi is also a mom of two. It seems that Beau was filming a cute video of Stassi and her three-year-old, Hartford, getting into the song Defying Gravity from Wicked. Naturally, Hartford had a little toy broom, and she was waving it as her mom leaned closer. No gravity was defied in this incident. So, Beau shared the video of Stassi’s lip injury to Instagram, captioning it, “Christmas was bloody Wicked this year!”
Right after the accident, Stassi laughed. Meanwhile, a concerned Hartford asked, “Are you OK?” Stassi jokingly said, “No.” However, as soon as Stassi’s lip started to bleed, a horrified Harper pointed to Stassi’s face and gasped.
“Oh, no,” Stassi said. “Oh, no.” Sweet Hartford went to get her mom a napkin. Next, Stassi turned towards Beau, who was still recording. “What do I look like?” Stassi asked. “Oh, my God!” her husband exclaimed. “Is it really that bad?” Stassi inquired.
Once again, Beau said, “Oh, my God!” Stassi, who was confused by his reaction, responded, “Are you messing with me? Are you messing with me right now?” Thankfully, Hartford returned and gently dabbed at her mom’s lip with a small towel.
Finally, Beau calmed down enough to ask his wife, “Did you not feel it ’cause of your fake chin?” Still in good spirits, Stassi quipped that while the blow “hurt,” it wasn’t as bad as childbirth.
Poor Hartford repeatedly apologized to her mom. Stassi gently touched her arms and said, “It’s OK. It’s OK. It was an accident.”
