For the year-end event, Cardi B wore a plunging lingerie-inspired gown. While the bodice was sheer and made use of black lace, the skirt was made of a luxurious emerald-green velvet fabric. The ensemble was super bold, featuring a plunging neckline and a slit in the skirt that reached her crotch. Cardi B’s plunging lingerie-inspired gown’s bodice took inspiration from intimate wear with its delicate lace-trimmed hemlines. It also featured stringy detailings that are characteristic of lingerie.
The rapper accessorized her fit with opera gloves made of black lace that matched her gown’s bodice. She also opted for pointed-toe heels in black to complete the festive look.
