Season 3 of The Traitors will feature Sam Asghari. Formerly married to Britney Spears, this model-turned-actor made many headlines during their relationship and eventual divorce, though he never once bashed his internationally famous ex, which we love. But, will Sam present as a Faithful, or is he a Traitor? Before his entrance into the Season 3 castle, let us first take a quick look at all things Sam.
Who is Traitors Season 3 cast member, Sam Asghari?
When he was 12, Sam immigrated to the States from Iran with his family. Their destination was Los Angeles, which his father emigrated to several years prior, working as a truck driver to provide for his family. In 2006, Sam, his mother, and his three sisters landed at his side in California. As Sam admitted to Men’s Health magazine in 2018, this move was difficult to endure.
“I had to leave my friends and family, who I was very close with, and I knew I was moving away and never coming back,” Sam said.
Sam became a U.S. citizen in 2012, but the English language is a b*tch to learn. Thankfully, as Sam toiled away with his English classes at school, Disney’s Hannah Montana caught his eyes at home, and he credits this series for helping him to learn his new land’s language.
Sam dedicated his free time to assimilating into American culture. He even drank “Gatorade every single morning” from “the vending machine because [he] thought it was an American thing to do.” Overall, Sam knows how to adapt to his surroundings. This chameleon-like skill will hopefully work out in his favor as he enters the Traitor’s castle.
Sam took up football during his time spent at Westlake High School in Southern California. He was also involved with various school plays via Westlake’s drama program. After graduation, Sam continued playing football and dipping his toes in drama productions throughout his collegiate life.

We already know that Sam is starring in Season 3 of The Traitors. However, his IMDb page proves he is highly skilled at presenting well when cameras are in his face. Therefore, his fellow competitors dare not sleep on Sam.

Sam Asghari married and divorced Britney Spears
Speaking ill of Britney will never occur on my watch. This queen has been through so much, and Sam had a front-row seat as her husband from 2022-2024. Thankfully, her name will not sound on The Traitors.
But how did Sam even meet our pop princess? This abs-heavy model took himself to a casting call for her 2016 “Slumber Party” music video, and he got the gig. Several months later, rumors began flying that Sam and Britney were dating. These rumors were spot on, as Sam and Britney went on to date for four years.
During their dating era, many fans began questioning Sam and his motives. Therefore, Sam has experienced many public round tables, which will (again) serve him well on The Traitors. However, all outside noises failed to scare Sam away. He remained by her resilient side as she tackled her mental soundness, a family-related health scare, and even her conservatorship battle that involved her family and the state.
Sam proposed to Britney in 2021. They wed in 2022. Sadly, in between these dates, they lost a child via a miscarriage.
Sam and Britney separated in 2023. Their divorce was signed and sealed by May 2024. Britney has since moved forward, wonderfully reconnecting with her sons over the holidays. As for Sam, he has moved on to other pastures as well.
Sam Asghari is now dating Brooke Irvine
Sam has moved on with Brooke Irvine, a real estate agent based in Los Angeles. We are expert lurkers here at Reality Tea, but sadly, her Instagram account is locked. Many of us would likely do the same thing, Brooke, so zero shade on our end for keeping your personal life shielded from the masses.
Brooke’s LinkedIn account, however, is open, so we know a bit about her professional life following our search. Her professional bio reads, “Brooke Irvine is an agent with Compass and the Henry Horn Group. With a distinguished background as a former competitive cheerleader, Brooke brings a wealth of experience in achieving excellence and securing multiple team world titles through her unwavering dedication and tenacity.”
Sam went public with Brooke this week on his socials via a series of images captioned “Happy New Year to All,” followed by the hands that bend to make a heart-sign emoji. In this montage, Sam and Brooke appear very loved up, so it is unlikely that Sam even attempted to make a love connection during filming on The Traitors. Either way, we are excited to learn more about Sam (and maybe Brooke) once Season 3 drops.
