A series of wildfires erupted in Los Angeles on Tuesday, January 7. The fires have caused mass devastation with many LA residents losing their homes, businesses, and loved ones. Bravo stars who reside in the area have been vocal on social media, sharing how they’ve been affected by the tragedy and letting their followers know how they can help those in need.

Vanderpump Rules alum Lala Kent shared how the wildfires affected her family in a January 9 Instagram story. She wrote that her 4-month-old daughter Sosa was struggling to breathe because of the poor air quality in Los Angeles. She told fans she decided to evacuate to Palm Springs with her family until it’s “safe again.”

“This is one of the most devastating situations I have ever seen,” she said. “I’m obsessing over how we could be so underprepared. My heart is shattered for my community. Neighborhoods that people have called home for decades, now nonexistent. It is unimaginable.”

She also posted resources for those looking to donate.

Kathy Hilton – Real Housewives of Beverly Hills

Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Kathy Hilton has posted many Instagram stories letting her followers know ways they can help those affected by the fires. Additionally, she shared an uplifting quote on her main page, giving hope to the LA community.

“In the face of loss, may we root ourselves not in possessions, but in presence. In the fleeting beauty of connection,” the quote read.

Crystal Kung Minkoff – Real Housewives of Beverly Hills

Crystal Kung Minkoff shared her support for those impacted by the fires in an Instagram post.

“Restless night,” she began. “My heart is breaking for Los Angeles and everyone impacted by the devastating Palisades fire. So many have lost their homes, their belongings, and their sense of safety in what is now the worst fire in our city’s history.”

She ended the post by thanking the brave firefighters for risking their lives to help a city in need.

Scheana Shay – Vanderpump Rules alum

Scheana Shay shared an update with fans on her January 9 Instagram story, telling her followers she and her daughter Summer evacuated to Palm Springs.

“The winds here…is so insane. We can’t even go outside.” she said in the post. “We’re good for now. We’re safe.”

She ended the video by thanking fans for their support during this time.

Garcelle Beauvais – Real Housewives of Beverly Hills

RHOBH star Garcelle Beauvais shared her gratitude for first responders in an Instagram post, writing, “Prayers for LA. We’re ok. [We] packed bags just in case! Grateful for all the firefighters and first responders.”

On January 10, she posted a video of the devastation in LA alongside a resource accepting donations.

“It looks like a movie set [but] unfortunately[,] it’s not,” she wrote. “For donations of clothing that is gently used or new as well as supplies: +COOP on 7282 Beverly Blvd.”

Sutton Stracke – Real Housewives of Beverly Hills

Sutton Stracke shared a photo of the wildfire alongside a heartful message to those affected by the devastation.

“We pray for everyone in Los Angeles and surrounding areas. Devastating days. I am safe so far here in Bel Air.”

The following day, Sutton shared a post alerting fans that all proceeds from her “Name’em” t-shirt sales will be dedicated to “supporting the bravo LA first responders.” She also posted on her Instagram story thanking firefighters for their service.

Tom Sandoval – Vanderpump Rules

Tom Sandoval posted several resources on his Instagram story, letting fans know how they can help those in need. He also reposted his girlfriend Victoria Lee Robinson’s post encouraging people to reach out if they need help.

“To any of my friends/or just anyone please DM or text me if you need any help,” the post read. “I’ll come help move things out of your home, help your animals, kids, you, if you need somewhere to stay, I can help, etc.”

Bozoma Saint John – Real Housewives of Beverly Hills

RHOBH newcomer Bozoma Saint John shared a heartbreaking update, telling her followers she lost her home in the California fires.

“This is the house I wanted. The house I prayed for. The house I worked in blood, sweat, and tears for…This is the house where I found peace after battling with racist neighbors and a community that made me have to buy it in a trust within a trust so no one would know that [a] widowed, single Black woman with a teenager was buying on the exclusively-held beach. This was my EFF YOU, I’m here house…It is gone,” she wrote.

Bravo stars commented on the post, sharing messages of hope and love.

“Heartbroken for you and Lael,” Jessel Taank wrote. “Sending you prayers to gain strength and rebuild what has been lost.”

“I’m so sorry,” Tamra Judge commented. “Sending [prayers].”
