The Traitors is a big deal. Who wouldn’t want to be on the show? Almost every Bravoleb does. Dorinda Medley realized that dream, even though (SPOILER) she received the boot pretty early on. For Lindsay Hubbard, it didn’t pan out, but perhaps for the better.
In early July, Lindsay announced her pregnancy to the world. But things got complicated shortly after the announcement. Before her confirmation, rumors swirled that she was indeed pregnant. Moreover, other rumors suggested that Lindsay was supposed to be on The Traitors.
However, Dorinda allegedly told production about Lindsay’s pregnancy, thereby keeping her off the show. Reports suggested there was “no truth” to these rumors, but the rumors persisted regardless. Now, Lindsay has commented on them herself. On the Not Skinny But Not Fat podcast, she shared all the details.
Dorinda Medley allegedly told everyone Lindsay Hubbard had a miscarriage
“Here is what happened with Dorinda,” Lindsay shared. “Number one, Margaret Josephs held a Cinco de Mayo Real Housewives of New Jersey premiere party at her house … I didn’t go.” Still, Lindsay heard from friends who attended that Dorinda was “really drunk.” Allegedly, Dorinda was spreading all sorts of rumors about Lindsay.
Dorinda, by Lindsay’s account, told folks that she was “pregnant, but unfortunately, I lost the baby and I had a miscarriage.” Awful if true. And if true, no wonder it got back to Lindsay. She continued, “Then, the rumors are coming out about Traitors.”
“And then this big rumor comes out about how Dorinda had such a problem that she found out I was pregnant.” Lindsay could not imagine why Dorinda would’ve had such a problem. “Okay, now, yes, is it hard to compete on Traitors when you’re pregnant? … Yeah, of course. Should I be on Traitors while pregnant? Probably not.”
Still, Lindsay had a problem with Dorinda spreading the alleged rumors, especially since she did have a miscarriage previously. Lindsay could have shared all of this at any time but felt she’d held back long enough. “I’ve never spoken to Dorinda about any of this … I’ve never had this conversation with anybody.”
