Sai De Silva Unfollows Brynn Whitfield on Instagram After Dark RHONY Finale

It’s pretty obvious that we haven’t seen the last of the fallout from the latest season of Real Housewives of New York. Everyone is still reeling and while some have expressed moving forward and showing grace, others may just want to cut negativity out of their life like Sai De Silva who unfollowed Brynn Whitfield on Instagram after the RHONY finale.

If you were wondering where their friendship stands after the season, that’s pretty telling. Sai and Brynn’s friendship was unraveling all season and it looks like the final nail in the proverbial friendship coffin. Fans can see how upset she still was during the reunion trailer. It looks like she still feels the same now.

Sai unfollows Brynn, Erin says she and Brynn aren’t that close

After all, it wasn’t easy to watch Brynn and Ubah Hassan go at each other in the explosive RHONY finale in Puerto Rico.

It all boiled over when Ubah alleged that Brynn may have slept with someone to get a spot on the show. Brynn accused Ubah of hurting her on purpose since she told her about being sexually assaulted in the past. Brynn eventually walked it back admitting that maybe Ubah didn’t “clock” her telling her about it.

Brynn’s castmates questioned if she was telling the truth. And it was all probably the last straw.

Sai appears to have made a quiet statement by unfollowing Brynn on social media. Erin Lichy, on the other hand, was not as quiet. After an article Brynn did for Rolling Stone was published, Erin had to speak up.

For her part, Brynn posted a quote about “biting back” on Instagram. It was a long quote about teaching your daughters to “say no, to make waves, value their freedom, live without shame, and burn down the world when they feel they are being mistreated.”

The post could be about any number of things. But it does seem like the timing is a bit suspicious considering all of the backlash Brynn is facing. She also turned off comments on the post, which is a bit telling.

The Real Housewives of New York two-part reunion kicks off Tuesday, January 28, at 9 pm on Bravo.
