The 2024 Med Gala might be in the past, but Dr. Heavenly Kimes is still trying to shake people down for their donations. On Married to Medicine, we saw her and Dr. Jackie Walters uncover some shortages in their $100,000 goal, and now, she’s pointing a finger at Toya Bush-Harris.
The Med Gala’s “co-co-chair” already claimed that Phaedra Parks failed to cough up the nearly $50,000 she pledged to donate. However, she now says that Toya didn’t even offer to fork over a dime. She might have been too busy buying that Birkin bag…
Is Dr. Heavenly lying on Toya?
Of course, this drama all started over on Dr. Heavenly’s YouTube channel. If you think she’s messy on the show, then you haven’t seen anything until you see her on YouTube. In her latest rant, she talked about the donation discrepancies from the fundraiser and how Toya failed to contribute.
“We had a whole Med Gala and she ain’t give not a damn dime. She gave a thousand dollars and bitched about it so bad, Jackie gave it back to her,’ Dr. Heavenly claimed.
In the episode, we saw all of the ladies agree about how much they’d each donate. However, Heavenly thinks Toya felt more concerned about her new handbag than donating to a good cause.
She continued, “I’m not trying to go in on Toya ‘cause I like her and I’m really trying to save her. The very next episode you waste 32 … $36,000 on a Birkin bag. And bragged about it.”
Toya caught wind of what Heavenly said after the clip got reposted on Instagram. According to her, this is just another example of Heavenly making things up to get attention.
Toya wrote, “This girl is always LYING for attention. If I would’ve known her as a child … I would’ve tried to give her the love she lacked … I’ll bring my receipts and more to the reunion!”
“I won’t entertain a woman who’s trying to hide her life secrets by creating drama with cast. #attentionseeker #liar,” Toya continued.
We’re eagerly awaiting to see these receipts, and apparently, so is Dr. Heavenly. She replied, “Bring the receipts!! @therealdrjackie said you didn’t pay a dime!!! Truth is truth.”
