Dr. Terry Dubrow will reach across the Real Housewives aisle and come to Brandi Glanville’s rescue.
Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum Brandi has been dealing with a frustrating facial issue that’s turned her life upside down. She blamed the stress from her lawsuit against Bravo as the root cause. Despite seeing multiple doctors and trying different treatments, she still doesn’t have a clear answer about what exactly has caused her symptoms.
That’s where Real Housewives of Orange County’s resident plastic surgeon/Mr. Heather Dubrow comes in. He revealed that he was going to perform surgery on Brandi to figure out what was ailing her.

Back in December, Brandi turned to Dr. Terry for help. She already took big steps to try to fix the problem, including dissolving all of her facial fillers and spending over $70,000 on treatments.
Terry thinks Brandi’s symptoms could be caused by some kind of infection or reaction to a foreign substance. He recently spoke to TMZ and explained that the only way to figure out what’s going on with Brandi’s face is to take a tissue sample during exploratory surgery. He also warned that if left untreated, things could get even worse.
Dr. Dubrow will move forward with the surgery to take a closer look and hopefully get some answers. He praised Brandi for her strength throughout this ordeal and wants to help her feel like herself again.
Brandi told TMZ that working with Dr. Dubrow – who has documented experience solving complex medical issues on his show Botched – was a no-brainer. She said she’s open to anyone who knows their stuff and can finally give her some real answers.
The former model has been open about how her facial disfigurement has affected her confidence. She even admitted that she hasn’t had sex since October 2023 because of it.
No word on whether Brandi will pay Terry for his surgical services in cash or with a hot basket of fresh, crispy onion rings.
