Real Housewives of New York alum Dorinda Medley was the first to go on Season 3 of The Traitors. If one had to pick who would have been murdered first, Tom Sandoval would have been high up on the list … because reasons. But murdering Dorinda was a twist no one saw coming. Still, Dorinda is being positive about the whole experience. She sees all of the “outrage” from her exit as just a lot of love.

For Real Housewives fans or anyone who loves to be entertained, let’s just say it was dumb to murder Dorinda off the bat. She is reality TV gold, folks. Dorinda has given so many iconic moments and catchphrases over the years; it’s hard to even keep up. Who knows what new gems we would have gotten if she had lasted just a little bit longer?
While Dorinda may have cried her eyes out initially after her departure, she’s turned her attitude around. The shockwave of losing her so soon created a massive firestorm online. And this wrongdoing has shown Dorinda how much she really is loved by fans.
Dorinda spoke with Pride about her experience on the show. Regarding the backlash of her departure, she said, “I’m not going to lie to you. I’m really enjoying all of this outrage about it. Can you imagine all of the content they missed? I was there for two things. Content and fashion.”
Even though Dorinda is out of the running, she is hoping another housewife can take the crown. She said, “You know I’d love to see another Real Housewife win. I love my Dolores [Catania] and I love Bob Harper. What else is there [besides my Housewives and gays?] We are running the world at this point!”
Dorinda also answered the all-important question if she would want to return for another season. She said, “In a second, I would go back. It was a great experience. You never know! It was almost worth getting murdered. I’m telling you. For something I mourned for six months, that was a good move. I’ve gotten a lot of love!”
