Watch: Married to Medicine Season 11 Midseason Trailer Revealed

There’s a lot more drama to come in this season of Married to Medicine. Bravo just dropped the Season 11 midseason trailer, and it’s got everything from a brawl on the beach to a Bridgerton-themed party. Plus, it looks like the line in the sand between Dr. Gregory Luncecord and Quad Webb is widening. Is it time for the rest of the cast to pick a side?

The M2M group is “fractured” again in the Season 11 midseason trailer

The Season 11 M2M midseason trailer picked up with the Key West couples’ trip. The drunken drama from Episode 10 is still lingering, and Dr. G and Quad’s boyfriend are going head-to-head. It looks like they almost come to blows right in the middle of the beach, forcing the ladies to pray over Lateasha Lunecford.

As if that’s not enough chaos for one’s couples trip, Apollo Nida shows up and seems to be feeling some sort of way about Phaedra Parks dating one of his friends. There are just too many exes on this beach.

It seems like the drama from the trip will follow the ladies back to Atlanta. In another scene, Phaedra expresses frustration with Dr. Heavenly Kimes. We have to assume she’s not thrilled about Heavenly inviting Apollo on the couples’ trip.

“Heavenly, she’s the devil’s daughter,” Phaedra says in the trailer.

Meanwhile, the trailer also had rumblings about restraining orders, law enforcement, and a bunch of other serious things that don’t bode well for any functioning friend group. It leads Dr. Simone Whitmore to question how they can move forward.

“We’re going back to a fractured friend group,” she warned, to which Toya Bush-Harris replied, “We’re already a fractured group.”

Married to Medicine airs every Sunday at 9/8c on Bravo.
