What to Expect From Denise Richards’ New Bravo Show: Denise Richards & Her Wild Things

I don’t know about you, but I loved watching Denise Richards on the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. The actress was dramatic, funny, and overly charming. However, the mother of three decided to leave after Season 10 due to the intense drama and negativity from some of the other cast members. Brandi Glanville alleged that she had an affair with Denise. Lisa Rinna continuously threw her friend under the bus. Without a doubt, the environment became a toxic wasteland, and Denise wanted out. But as they say, when one door closes, a window opens. Denise is now back on Bravo with her own show. Here’s what fans can expect.

Bravo has a brand new docuseries centered around Denise’s chaotic life. Aptly titled Denise Richards & Her Wild Things. Followers of the actor know that the title came from her 1998 movie with the same moniker. Denise played Kelly, a debutante who tries to court her guidance counselor. But the half-hour comedy series will be a bit different. The former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star will not only star in the series but also act as an executive producer.

Denise Richards & Her Wild Things marks the first time she has opened up her home and shared her family with fans in over 15 years. In 2008, she starred in Denise Richards: It’s Complicated. The series followed her around in the aftermath of her divorce from Charlie Sheen and intense scrutiny. Naturally, this time around is no different as the Bravo release states, “Life is more complicated and unpredictable.” Denise’s entire family is taking part, including her three daughters and husband, Aaron Phypers.

Denise is going to try her best at perfect parenting, but naturally, there are some road bumps along the way. Lola Sheen and Sami Sheen, who are 19 and 20, can’t see eye to eye. Sami is having a hard time trusting her sister and it’s caused a significant fallout. The Bond girl even tried to recruit her ex, Charlie, to help calm their girls down. Sami, the couple’s oldest daughter, has made quite a name for herself. As Real Housewives of Beverly Hills fans will recall, her OnlyFans career choice was a major topic of discussion when she was on the series. Fans will also get to know Lola, who is miles apart from her famous family. Even amid legal issues, Aaron is right by his wife’s side and supports her every step of the way. Let’s not forget the darling Eloise who is also featured in the show, and we can’t wait to see what she’s up to.

The sneak peek shows a jubilant Denise as she embraces the reality TV cameras once more. Denise tells the cameras, “I’m trying to balance everything.” Then turns to her girls and jokes, “I guess you have a f*cked up mom and a f*cked up dad, and we’ve got f*cked up kids now. I’m kidding!” The interaction with her children is priceless. As the two older daughters, Lola and Sami, argue, Denise tells cameras, “I’m trying to just keep the family together, and these girls make it so f*cking hard,” Denise notes. “People think it gets so much easier when they’re older. It gets harder. There’s no damn ass handbook for it either, that’s for sure.”

Denise Richards is back on Bravo

Cue the two sisters fighting, with Sami telling her sibling, “I wouldn’t speak to you like this if you weren’t such a b*tch, dude.” Denise’s answer to the argument is, “Don’t call her dude, she’s your sister.” The trailer also showed Denise hanging around with some familiar faces. Camille Grammer, Garcelle Beauvais, Sutton Stracke, and Kathy Hilton all make cameos. Even Erika Jayne noted, “Oh f*ck” after bumping into her former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills co-star.

Once again, Denise is ready to show every aspect of her life: the good, the bad, and the ugly. Between using an eye roller while in bed and telling Camille she is “a f*cking liar,” fans will get the very best of Denise. Personally, I think this kind of show suits her. She is able to be in complete control and not answer to any of the Real Housewives drama. Denise Richards & Her Wild Things will start airing two episodes back to back on March 11.

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills is available to stream on Peacock.
