The singer and songwriter captioned the post, “film from Sunday :).” Carpenter recalled the big day as the first photo was a back shot of her sitting in the audience while Diana Ross spoke on stage. This was followed by a candid behind-the-scenes snap of the “Espresso” hitmaker arriving at the ceremony in her mesmerizing backless gown. The carousel had several more photos of Carpenter posing in the retro piece.
Furthermore, Carpenter continued to share more candid photos from the intimate after-party. Her crew of close friends included Swift, Jack Antonoff, Margaret Qualley, and Amber Mark. Carpenter wore a stunning sparkly dress and wrapped a furry stole to amp up the glamour for the after-party.
