Move over, Lisa Vanderpump! Vanderpump Rules alum and The Valley star Brittany Cartwright is opening her restaurant in West Hollywood. If there’s room for Tom Sandoval and Tom Schwartz, there’s room for Brittany too. And she couldn’t be more excited. Brittany spilled all the details about her new place and its coveted location. Which just happens to be right by where her LA adventure began, at SUR.
Brittany Cartwright says her new restaurant is “taking a little bit longer” because they are “trying to redo everything”
Brittany is no stranger to the restaurant space. On VPR, she worked with her ex, Jax Taylor, at SUR. And on The Valley, she helped Jax open up his own bar. So it makes sense that it was time for Brittany to get her own restaurant as well.
And she must be the ultimate multitasker. Opening a restaurant, navigating her dating life, and being a mom is pretty impressive. But Brittany is excited for her next chapter. And that is her new place, Britt’s.
She opened up about the up-and-coming WeHo hot spot during a February 2025 episode of her podcast, When Reality Hits. Brittany explained, “I’m so excited. Britt’s WeHo will be opening soon, hoping, like late March-ish.”
Brittany continued, “I know we said October and different things, but it’s just taking a little bit longer to get off the ground because we go in and we’re trying to redo everything, so different things happen along the way.”
However, she’s working with the same team that did Jax’s bar, so it should come out just fine. Brittany gave the details on her November 8, 2024, episode of When Reality Hits.
Brittany shared, “And I love the partners that we have there. And they recently came to me and … Britt’s is coming to WeHo. So, I’m going to be a part owner.”
She continued, “Jax’s is still very near and dear to me because I helped start that but I’m gonna have my own bar in West Hollywood. Right across from where I started, SUR.” Maybe we’ll see the new VPR cast grabbing drinks at Britt’s as well. Who doesn’t love a good crossover?
