Welcome to the second half of Southern Charm Season 10! Last week, Paige and Craig had a big fight about their future. She pushed back on the pressure to settle down and have a baby. Despite this, Craig told the group at Patricia’s guy’s dinner that he plans to propose. Whitney berated Shep about his problems with Sienna, claiming Shep isn’t rich or famous enough. Shep was anxious about Sienna pulling away. And it’s bad timing, right before the cast’s Bahamas trip! Here’s what happened this week on Southern Charm Season 10 Episode 10, “Bahama Blues.”

This week, the whole cast reflects on Shep’s relationship woes before heading to the Bahamas. It seems everyone but Shep is certain that Sienna isn’t into him. Meanwhile, Molly has a crush on him but doesn’t tell as he’s still trying to make things work. Taylor finds herself on Sienna’s side and is convinced Shep is the problem. Once Sienna meets up with the group in the Bahamas, it’s unbearably awkward. She doesn’t exactly give Shep the reassurance he was looking for.

Craig FaceTimes Paige after their fight last week. Madison calls him, so she joins the convo. Paige can’t go to the Bahamas, but the three of them unpack Shep’s relationship drama. Both Paige and Madison state that Sienna isn’t into Shep. They also think the age difference is too much. Madison thinks Shep is just in love with the way Sienna looks, and who can blame him? Paige finds it interesting that Sienna is ghosting Shep while preparing to host his friends. Madison wonders if they’re all about to watch Shep get dumped. Craig says he could technically write up the visa paperwork if Shep proposes. Madison says that’s the worst plan.

Molly meets Shep to go Bahamas outfit shopping. “Swimsuit shopping with a guy I have a crush on is a bit awkward,” Molly admits. It makes things even more awkward that Shep talks about Sienna. He’s getting her a shark tooth necklace like he got Taylor years ago. His friend finds lots of shark teeth, apparently.

Molly jokes that she’s right there if things with Shep and Sienna implode on the trip. Taylor really likes Molly, so she’s not sure encouraging her to go for Shep is the best move.

JT has Venita over at his place. Despite his bad timing on the romance front, JT still cherishes their bond. Venita still considers him her best friend but declares the flirty part is over. Shep invited JT on the trip, and he hopes it can lead to a reconciliation with Madison. He blames Craig for starting their rift and wants him to walk things back. Venita advises JT not to let his emotions get the best of him with Craig. She thinks they might be able to go back to being a happy family after the trip. JT declares they’re like yin and yang.

Taylor sticks up for Sienna

Rodrigo tells Austen he had a phone conversation with Shep while lunching with Taylor. She overheard Shep venting about Sienna, calling her “inexperienced.” Taylor got upset at that, ranting to Rodrigo that Shep is not “this all-knowing being.” She accuses Shep of “degrading” Sienna. Austen theorizes that Taylor is at the point where everything Shep does annoys her. Meanwhile, Taylor theorizes to her mom that Shep is insecure in his relationship because Sienna is so successful. She wasn’t sure about going to the Bahamas, but after a fun girl’s night, she wants to keep the ball rolling and stay in a good place with the ladies in the friend group.

As soon as they arrive, Shep worries that Sienna isn’t answering. Eventually, she does. But she won’t meet them until later at the hotel. Craig thinks she should’ve picked Shep up at the airport, but also advises Shep not to let his insecurities run wild.

Craig may not be the best person to give advice on maturely handling situations. While everyone else gushes over the hotel, Craig has a temper tantrum about not wanting to share a room. Austen takes the opportunity to act like the bigger, calmer person. He agrees to share a room with Rodrigo.

Once they’re all by the pool, Taylor grills Shep about his relationship. Shep reveals to everyone that he and Sienna never officially decided they were exclusive. Taylor acts as if Shep was drunk when he said I love you. After all, he said that to Taylor while drunk only two weeks in. When Salley says that Shep deserves better than Sienna’s ghosting, Taylor defends Sienna. She thinks the issue isn’t miscommunication on Sienna’s end. She accuses Shep of f*cking it up, even when Craig says Sienna is stringing him along. Austen says Taylor has it all wrong. When Craig says Taylor is projecting her own unresolved issues, she claims she’s happy for Shep. She wants Shep to be happy for her in return and stop dragging Gaston. Salley keeps her mouth shut and tries to enjoy her cocktail.

Shep is more nervous than we’ve ever seen him before Sienna arrives. When he finally meets her, Craig says he can sense her aura. And “any hope I had that Sienna was genuine in her feelings disappeared as soon as she entered the room.” On this, he and Austen agree. Austen thinks it’s pretty obvious how Sienna feels.

Shep has Sienna help him pick out his outfit. She says she’ll give him space to change. “More space?” he says, asking her to stay with him as she goes downstairs. Shep says she already has all the space in the world. “You’ve seen me change a lot, literally and figuratively,” he says. “Figuratively the most,” she responds, “meet you downstairs.” Shep looks devastated and confused. Not a great start to the trip!
