The Bachelor Season 29 is finally here and leading man Grant Ellis has already made quite the impression. Grant’s journey has already been eventful, with a mix of steamy connections as well as the infamous Bachelor drama. As usual, the majority of the drama stems from the women being jealous due to their infatuation with Grant.
Luckily for Grant, he has a great group of women this season. Several women have already emerged as the front-runners of the group, all of whom currently have a good chance of winning. These four women in particular seem to be the most compatible with Grant at the moment.
Alexe Godin
Alexe Godin is arguably the lead front-runner so far this season. On night one, Alexe made an impression immediately, with the help of her no-drama llama Linda. After a fun and easy conversation, Grant instantly felt a strong connection to Alexe. She later received the first impression rose, which came with a special bonus this year. Receiving the first impression rose meant that Alexe would also be the first woman of the season to go on a one-on-one date with Grant.
During their one-on-one, the sparks between Grant and Alexe continued to fly. Alexe opened up about her childhood growing up with her grandparents, which Grant appreciated. The pair bonded over their nontraditional upbringings and had a lot of great conversations. It was also an extremely fun night, as they had the entire Beverly Center mall to themselves. At the end of the night, Alexe accepted her second rose from Grant before sharing a dance. As of right now, Alexe is certainly the one to beat.
Litia Garr
Litia Garr is another early front-runner so far this season. On night one, it was evident that Litia had caught Grant’s eye. However, Grant did say something that slightly bothered Litia. Grant suggested that Litia must not get told no a lot due to her beauty. Litia was visibly surprised by this and didn’t like Grant’s assumption.
During the music group date after the party, however, Grant and Litia quickly found common ground. Litia immediately brought her concerns to Grant, which is a great foundation for a strong relationship. It was also refreshing to watch as the leads don’t commonly get called out on these shows. Grant instantly understood and apologized and the couple was able to move on. At the end of the night, Litia even received the group date rose. Grant and Litia may have had a slight hurdle but nonetheless have one of the strongest connections.
Zoe McGrady
Zoe McGrady made quite the impression during the basketball group date. After practicing basketball with kids, each woman was given a chance to do a slam dunk. Instead of taking her shot, however, Zoe decided to pull Grant for a chat. Zoe explained that she was shooting her shot and honestly, she wasn’t in the wrong for this. The women have such limited time with Grant. With an engagement looming, you really do want to take every possible chance to speak with him.
Grant seemed happy that Zoe pulled him and the pair used the opportunity to learn more about each other. Overall, Grant and Zoe do seem to be pretty compatible. They both have outgoing personalities which complement one another well. Furthermore, Grant and Zoe both have backgrounds in sports. While Grant played basketball, Zoe was a wrestler. This is a good thing to have in common, especially since Grant has emphasized that he wants his kids to get into sports.
Carolina Quixano
Carolina Quixano caught Grant’s eye on night one and continued to make a name for herself during the music group date. Each of the women was instructed to write a song describing their feelings for Grant. The song was to be accompanied by dance moves choreographed by the women as well. After all of the performances, Grant chose a winner to have some special on-stage time with him. Carolina’s vibrant song performed in both English and Spanish won her the prize.
During her time on stage with Grant, Carolina shared a passionate kiss with him. This rubbed the other women, who were watching nearby, the wrong way. Understandably, this was uncomfortable for them, but ultimately it showed that there is a lot of chemistry between Grant and Carolina. They both have extroverted personalities and seem to have a particular passion for music and performing. Common interests are often the start of a wonderful relationship foundation.
