Clear your schedules, modern farmhouse lovers. Season 2 of The Valley is quickly approaching on Bravo. Based on everything we have seen and heard, it looks like a mess. There are divorces and pregnancies, evolving friendships, and new (albeit well-known) chaotic faces joining in, threatening to change the landscape of this series as we know it.

The premiere date for Season 2 is still a few months away. However, several hotheaded parents and players from this series have already done their part to drop a few breadcrumbs, helping to (somewhat) satisfy our appetites as we wait. Here’s everything these adulting-so-hard stars have said while hoping Bravo pushes the release date up on The Valley Season 2.

Kristen Doute is in a better place with Jesse Lally, and Lala Kent will not consume The Valley Season 2

Kristen Doute and Jesse Lally did not get along in Season 1. Might they present better in Season 2? Kristen says yes.

Kristen is “excited for people to see a shift in Jesse in Season 2,” she teased while appearing on Bravo’s Hot Mic podcast. “I mean, there’s no mistake, like, I’ve been much more friendly with Jesse,” Kristen added.

Kristen then admitted that Jesse played the victim card in Season 1, which frustrated her greatly. But Kristen considers Jesse “a friend now, for sure, [even though] he had to do a lot of work” to get them to this point. And by work, Kristen means that Jesse dialed his ego “down a few notches” while filming for Season 2.

Speaking of egos, Lala Kent is showing up now that her original home, Vanderpump Rules, is getting a reboot. Lala was a driving force of chaos in this series, as she always spoke her mind and stirred the pot, all for the sake of the plot. But, as Kristen revealed, her showings on this series will not be as massive as on VPR (for now).

Responding to a stressed-out fan online, Kristen happily penned, “The Valley isn’t about her, so come along for our ride!”

Jesse Lally says Season 2 is better than Season 1, but he and Michelle Lally will have many highs and lows

Jesse might be in a better place with Kristen during Season 2, but his relationship with his soon-to-be ex-wife, Michelle Lally, is a different ballgame.

“If you’re going through a divorce, I think it would be hard on anybody,” Jesse explained. “There’s some crazy ups and downs, and we had hoped that we would be able to go into it and be that cool couple that got divorced, and everything’s great. It just didn’t happen that way. So you’ll see it kind of unfold. You’ll see some sides being taken — it’s not easy,” Jesse expressed candidly.

Jesse then gave us hope that chaos and contempt will not reign supreme this season on The Valley. “If Season 1 was one of the best reality TV shows, Season 2 is gonna blow it out of the water,” he teased.

Scheana Shay and Tom Schwartz are also crossing over from VPR. These new faces will blend seamlessly on The Valley, as Jesse adds, “We’ve all been friends for a long time, so they’re gonna be part of it.”

As for the rest of this cast, Jesse says that “every single person stepped up to the plate,” so we can hang our hats on a wild ride for Season 2 of The Valley.

Scheana Shay is jumping into the drama on The Valley

You can take the spotlight away from Scheana, but she will find it. For eleven seasons, Scheana gave us her all on VPR. She walked the aisle twice and divorced once, with a few break-ups and glamour shots in between. Scheana also opened up about her mental health, the stressors of first-time parenting, and her struggles with acceptance amongst her peers.

And now, our little SheShu is moving into the hottest basin of LA, where she will take over her newest gig on The Valley. But, if anyone feels worried about how intrusive Scheana may or may not be within this already established cast, well, Lala says your fears are founded. YAY? Scheana is getting in the mud, Lala teases, making “her hands a little bit dirty, which I love.”

Luckily (for everyone), Lala will not be coming in hot on this series (for now). Her lowkey showings make sense, as she was “very, very pregnant” during filming. Therefore, her costars can rest easy, as Lala is not “a big part of” the drama in Season 2.

Season 1 of The Valley is Streaming on Peacock.
