For years, other countries have taken the Real Housewives recipe and tweaked it to serve their audience members. The Real Housewives of Cheshire is no different and has run successfully since 2015. With 24 seasons under its belt, the big 1-0 is fast approaching. News has just broken that the ladies will be celebrating in style with a Thailand All-Stars Season.
The Real Housewives of Cheshire is back, baby!
The Daily Mail was the first to report that some major hitters would be returning to the small screen for the Real Housewives of Cheshire’s tenth year. Many of the OGs have since hung up their hats but some fan favorites are poised to make their return for the special. Leanne Brown, Lauren Simon, Paige Chohan, Seema Malhotra, and Sheena Lynch, who’s married to a Boyzone singer, have all signed on for the project. Even more familiar faces are expected to join the lineup with the network scrambling to sign heavy hitters like Dawn Ward up quickly.
However, there will be a few surprises up production’s sleeves as they try to keep some information under wraps. Production is changing scenes and leaving green Cheshire behind. Instead opting for an on-location moment in Thailand. While in Koh Samui, the ladies will try their best to repair their broken friendships after years of fighting. An insider noted, “The production team has gone to huge lengths to keep casting under lock and key. It’s on a need to know basis, to avoid any spoilers for fans.” The source added, “It’s looking likely to be the most dramatic of the series yet. And bosses are prepared for fireworks, as there are some big characters returning, who are known to create some drama.”
All I know is the team better get Ampika Pickston or I’ll riot.
