Tom Holland Surprised Target Wouldn’t Sell Him His Bero

Tom Holland went through a rather adventurous journey to get his hands on his non-alcoholic beer Bero at Target. The actor shared his experience on his Instagram Stories, noting how he almost wasn’t able to buy the beer. He admitted to almost getting carded in the process, leaving him surprised. The store didn’t accept his ID, leaving him no alternative to prove his age. Given it was his first time in the U.S. in a while, the star will surely remember the incident for quite some time.

Tom Holland reveals he almost couldn’t buy his own non-alcoholic beer in hilarious video

On Tuesday, Tom Holland took to his Instagram Stories to share his unforgettable experience of buying Bero. He embarked on what eventually became a long journey to find the non-alcoholic beer. When he ultimately got his hands on one, the transaction came with its own unprecedented challenges. Moreover, the actor made sure to keep his followers in the loop through the entire ordeal.

At the start of the video, Holland revealed that it was his first visit to the U.S. in quite some time. He then left in search of some Bero “on the shelves.” However, the journey didn’t come so easily for the star. The second video captured him at his second Target store looking for the beer after he didn’t have any luck in the first one.

Holland left the second Target store empty-handed as well. He then said, “The hunt continues,” as he proceeded to his next stop. Still determined to find Bero, the “Spider-Man” actor reached the third Target store. After a thorough search, he ended up being successful but not without a surprising but memorable hiccup.

Holland finally managed to get the beer, showing a gold case of Bero on his Instagram Stories. He said, “They wouldn’t accept my ID because it’s English and I couldn’t prove my age, so a really lovely employee, I guess, scanned their ID.” The actor found it “ironic” that he wasn’t allowed to buy his own product. He then closed off on his “exciting” day, having taken his fans on a hilarious escapade.

Tom Holland launched Bero back in October, following which it hit the Target shelves in January.
