After spending five years in the cast of Summer House, Ciara Miller knows her way around reality TV. But she still remembers coming in as a newbie in Season 5.
“It’s hard to come in as a new person,” the RN admitted. “We’ve known each other for a while now and we’re a family — [but] it’s not easy coming into that environment where we all have so much history.”
“Having to sort that out as a new person is kind of intimidating,” she added. “But I think it’s always best if you’re new to sit back a little, learn dynamics and offer an ear because it’s really hard to have an opinion when, you know, we all are so interconnected and there’s so many years of drama at play.”
One new cast member is an impressive party animal
During the Season 9 premiere on February 12, Summer House introduced us to three new cast members: Lexi Wood, Bailee Henderson and Imrul Hassan. Flirty Jesse Solomon seemed to lay claim to Lexi right away. She’s a beautiful model, and he was immediately smitten.
While Ciara had nothing but nice things to say about the female additions to the House, Imrul’s reputation is a little more spicy. In her interview with Us Weekly, Ciara implied that Imrul had quite the busy summer with the girls “outside of the house.”
“Imrul’s a party animal,” Ciara said. Apparently, other residents of the house were calling him the “Orgy Beast.”
But Ciara added that he’s really much more than a pretty face. She teased that he has “a complex story” and “a really cool family,” who she promised we’d get to know on the show.
“It was really nice getting to know him this summer,” the Victoria’s Secret model said. “But on the other hand, he parties a ton … He was able to jump right in and keep up and, honestly, surpassed us. It was super impressive. There were definitely moments where we’re like … ‘What is happening here?’”
