Denise Richards is dipping her toe back in the reality TV pond. After appearing on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills for two seasons, she departed amid drama with her co-stars. Now, she is back with a new Bravo series focusing on her family life. Denise Richards & Her Wild Things is set to premiere on March 4, 2024. It will feature her husband, Aaron Phypers, and her three daughters: Sami Sheen, Lola Sheen, and Eloise Richards. It sounds like it will be a wild ride!
Why a reality show is perfect for Denise Richards and her family
“We’re just trying to be ourselves because that’s how I’ve always approached reality for better or worse,” Denise told PEOPLE. Sami chimed in, explaining why a reality show is a perfect fit for their family. “I’ve always said we need a reality show. Anything that went wrong or happened in our family, I would say, ‘Where are the cameras? We need to be filming this,’” Sami said.
Of course, there is some sisterly drama between Sami and Lola. “We couldn’t be more different,” Sami stated. Then Lola, who decided to be baptized in the Christian Church, added, “I love her. We are just walking in completely different paths and that’s okay.”
You may recall that Denise adopted Eloise as an infant. Then one year after tying the knot with Denise, Aaron adopted Eloise in 2019. However, Eloise had some developmental delays, which were caused by a chromosomal disorder.
“Eloise is very observant and understands everything,” Denise explained. “Sometimes when the girls go at each other, she just raises her eyebrows and then they laugh and can get past whatever stupid thing they’re fighting about.”

Of course, Denise was quick to acknowledge how much Sami and Lola have dealt with amid her messy divorce from Charlie Sheen. “They’ve been through a lot. I did my best to shelter them,” Denise explained. “There were times they were upset with me, but I tell them there’s no handbook. I did the best I could under the circumstances,” she added.
And there certainly wasn’t a handbook for Denise when Sami joined OnlyFans when she was 18 years old. “I really wanted to get an apartment and I knew that working at the candy shop I was working at wasn’t going to cut it. So I went to the next best thing and made an OnlyFans,” Sami said.
“When I saw that she was getting backlash for owning her sexuality and doing what she wanted to do, it upset me as a mom and also as a woman in business,” Denise stated. So, what did Denise do? She opened her own OnlyFans.
As for her relationship with Charlie, the exes are in a good place now. “Charlie is always invited to holiday dinners,” Denise stated. In fact, Charlie filmed a talk with Denise for her new show.
