Selena Gomez and Benny Blanco have marked a major relationship milestone by purchasing a huge house together in Beverly Hills. Late last year, they invested in a Spanish-style property. According to TMZ, it marks one of the priciest deals of the year in Beverly Hills, with the estate costing the couple a whopping $35 million.
The property had been on the market for only about a month. Hollywood director Todd Phillips was the proud owner of the home before the couple. Phillips sold the estate for $31 million in 2021, making a profit as he had bought the same for $17.25 million in 2012. Although the reports vary, the house sprawls across an estimated 8,000 square feet.
Selena Gomez and Benny Blanco’s house boasts seven bedrooms and 12 bathrooms, looking palatial in the photos. It also comes with a spa, pool, and home theater. The gated property sits on two lots, comprising the main residence and two guesthouses. While one of the guesthouses has a home theater, the other comes with its own studio, which could come in handy for the musically inclined couple.
There are many recreational features to the estate as well, with a gorgeous wood-paneled library and fitness center. Gomez and Blanco’s house also comes with a greenhouse and a fairytale-style playroom. According to the New York Post, the listing states the property has been “flawlessly restored & expanded,” offering a little bit of everything with its old-school architectural charm and state-of-the-art contemporary elements.
