Some Summer House fans thought that it would be difficult for Lindsay Hubbard and Carl Radke to film together after calling off their engagement at the end of Season 8. But it seems that the real problem was with another former couple. Though depending who you ask, Ciara Miller and West Wilson were not exclusive.
Their dynamic from the reunion continues into Season 9. Ciara is looking for answers and challenging West on his decisions from their romance last season. The Missouri native is seemingly lost for words. Now, the professional model is functioning with disdain towards her former fling.
West Wilson wasn’t open to many topics of discussion
Lindsay witnessed it all while filming last summer. And she told Access Hollywood’s Housewives Nightcap that West was “highly terrified” of his ex. So much so, that he was rather ineffective as a member of a reality TV show.
The former publicist revealed that she couldn’t “get a gauge” of the sports writer this season.
West and his buddie, Jesse Solomon, returned for their sophomore season. And while other Summer House cast members said that Jesse really got into the drama this time around, Lindsay can’t say the same for West.
“[He] didn’t do much. We’re on a reality show, and you gotta f*cking do your job … talk about anything, and it felt like pulling teeth with West a lot of the times,” she revealed.
Lindsay was paying attention. Unlike past seasons, where she was engulfed in her own personal drama, the Bravolebrity was enjoying her pregnancy. And she spent more time engaging with her co-stars.
“I got really close with the girls [and] I got really close with the guys … more so than I had in the last couple of years, and I think that’s because I just was by myself,” Lindsay shared. “Just watching the pattern of who I am in this environment, I just operate better as an individual … I was able to form relationships and friendships with everyone on an individual level.”
