Real Housewives of Atlanta Season 16 is quickly approaching. As our headlines have already teased, this season will be messy. To this honor, we can raise our glasses high (or low) to Kenya Moore and newbie Brittany Eady.
These two butt heads during filming, which resulted in a showdown that saw Kenya clapping back a bit too hard in the presence of their cast. Her shocking response found Kenya getting suspended from her series. But then she and the network decided to call it a final wrap on Bravo, which, yikes. Therefore, let us host a deep dive into this mess before RHOA Season 16 premieres this March, as we refuse to leave any of our readers Gone With the Wind confused.
Kenya Moore and Brittany Eady get into an explosive fight during RHOA Season 16

Throughout filming, Kenya and Brittany are rumored to have been at odds. At one point, talks of violence even surfaced. One of these claims even stressed that Brittany said she has “guns for b*tches like” Kenya. But Brittany later denied this accusation.
Nevertheless, on June 6, 2024, the cast of RHOA Season 16 gathered to help Kenya celebrate the opening of her hair spa in Atlanta. Shortly after, rumors began swirling that Kenya used this event to expose Brittany. Allegedly, Kenya blew up posters that contained “very explicit and graphic images” of her newest cast member, which Kenya thought everyone needed to see.
These alleged pornographic images understandably made Brittany see red. So Brittany reportedly confronted Kenya about it at this same event. And this is when their costars began posting online about this nightmare, cluing us all in on what was happening in Atlanta.
But the biggest tip came calling via a leaked audio recording from this party. In this recording, Kenya tells her guests, “Brittany does escort. There is an IG that put her emails out on blast. She charges $1400 for an appointment. You not only a hoe, you a cheap whore,” Kenya suggests.
Kenya also calls Brittany a “thot” in this leak, accusing her of “snapchatting her p*ssy” to the internet, referencing Yo Gotti’s song, Down in the DM.
With cameras present at this event and leaks sounding left and right, production had no choice but to swoop in and suspend Kenya from RHOA.
Kenya Moore stands accountable for her actions while Brittany Eady responds to how Kenya made her feel
At first, Kenya denied her usage of revenge p*rn. But then, Kenya switched gears, choosing to own her actions while sitting for an interview on the Tamron Hall Show.
“Hindsight is always fifty, fifty,” Kenya stated. “If I could do it all over again, I believe the photos were very distasteful, and I elevated the situation. I’ve elevated situations before, and I’ve taken full accountability for the things that I’ve done,” she explained.
Kenya also noted that Brittany was poking the bear a lot before this event transpired. We all know you cannot come calling for Kenya unless she sends for you, but advance on her, Brittany (allegedly) did. But Kenya quickly grew afraid of these advancements and escalating statements, so Kenya “did her research” on Brittany, as she desired to “protect herself” from this war.
While gathering intel, Kenya says she found many graphic “receipts” on Brittany. Knowing the producers would likely blur her findings out, protecting Brittany from the viewers at home, Kenya printed off copies of these images to present at her grand opening. But now, Kenya is “sorry” for her actions, she explained as tears rolled down her face.
As for Brittany, right after this interview aired, Brittany took to her socials, sharing, [The] “Best part of being authentic, there is no image to maintain. We are all [a] villain in someone’s story.”
These are the questions we still have for Kenya Moore and Brittany Eady

Kenya knows she went too far. However, she also revealed that Bravo never accused her of revenge p*rn, and she is still on their payroll. So we have questions. Because if Bravo is not done with Kenya, what are we missing here?
For starters, the streets are saying that Kenya produced images of Brittany in sexually explicit positions. Where on earth did Kenya even find these images? Did someone give her a heads-up on where she needed to search? And while we know Brittany was less than pleased by her efforts, what was her immediate reaction to this embarrassing mess?
Secondly, if Kenya claims that talks of guns entered the chat, but Brittany says nope, what did the cameras capture? Production will have to come in hard this season, as the finger-pointing game has already begun on this series.
Finally, what does this mean for Kenya? Season 16 is a wrap, and once this storyline airs, Kenya is exiting stage left. But will she ever reappear in this series again?
The network is unlikely to address this question at this moment. However, Andy Cohen is proud of Kenya for owning up to her sins. So now, all we can do is wait for RHOA Season 16 to air, showing us this mess firsthand on Bravo.
Real Housewives of Atlanta is streaming on Peacock.
