When RHOBH Season 14 debuted, we saw Sutton Stracke raving about Jennifer. These two have been close friends for over a decade. And as their first scene unfolded, I could instantly see why. Jennifer takes nothing seriously, making Sutton the perfect straight (albeit also quirky) woman to her madness.
Sutton and Jennifer met at a gala, where their kindred souls instantly connected, making them fast friends. Now, they do everything together, from fashion shows and dinners to traveling together like a pre-packaged unit. When Sutton needs jewelry advice, she calls Jennifer, who has a fantastic eye for details, according to Sutton.
During the Season 14 premiere, Sutton showed Jennifer her Panthère de Cartier ring, valued at $14,700. “I love your ring,” Jennifer gushed, as Sutton responded, “This is part of the Panthère collection.” Jennifer ribbed Sutton, calling it a panther instead while cackling at her funniness.
Sutton took Jennifer in stride, clearly used to the antics of her best friend. So, I can say with confidence) that Sutton would hate to see Jennifer leaving RHOBH.
Likewise, Erika Jayne also raves about Jennifer Tilly
Like Sutton, Erika Jayne has nothing but positive notes for Jennifer. During an interview with Decider, Erika raved about the newest addition to her cast. In her words, Erika thinks that Jennifer is a “fascinating” person. “She has such a bright mind and [is] very interesting, and she brings a lot” to this series, she explained.
Then, Erika stated that while their cameras were up on Season 14, she kept getting lost in the charisma of Jennifer. “I look at her while we are filming. I look at her,” Erika joked, adding, “She has one of the best jewelry collections I have ever seen. She is legit.”
Before Season 14 aired, Erika was singing the praises of Jennifer. She wanted fans to get excited about her newest costar, revealing that Jennifer is “entertaining” and “cool.” Jennifer also has “great fashion,” and her wardrobe puts them all to shame, Erika added.
But Erika also labeled Jennifer as a “nice person” who is “special” this season while constantly uplifting her in her confessionals.
But also, the stars on RHOBH are showing zero signs that they want Jennifer Tilly gone
Sutton and Erika are coming up on Team Jennifer. But other cast members also seem to feel like these two do. But Jennifer is also rich, thanks to her divorce from her late ex-husband and her acting and voice-over gigs. From her funds to her non-fighting ways, Jennifer fits in. And as none of her costars have yet to shade her presence in this series, we can easily label this rumor as ridiculous.
Finally, the audience loves Jennifer Tilly, and this rumor is riddled with holes, so this ridiculous storyline is a bust
Let’s put some false narratives to rest.
First, a source claims that the ladies on RHOBH cannot stand Jennifer. Fans have not seen any proof of this mess. As expressed above, everyone seems to adore Jennifer. Might any of these diamond holders harbor secret feelings of jealousy against this newbie? Maybe, but jealousy and not standing for someone are completely different takes, so this line feels sketchy.
Next, this source speaks of her wealth, claiming, “Jennifer tends to pass herself off as this American socialite with her designer bags when everyone knows she took her ex-hubby to the cleaners and walked away with a huge divorce settlement and she still gets royalties from The Simpsons, which HE created.”
Jennifer and her late ex, Sam Simon, shared an amicable divorce. They remained super close up until his death. Sam and Jennifer even presented as best friends following their divorce, and their joint interviews on series like The Howard Stern Show were always kind. They supported each other, so she did not “take him to the cleaners,” as Sam wanted the best for Jennifer.
So again, we are officially calling this rumor ridiculous, as no one on this cast, or at home, seems to be calling for Jennifer to exit RHOBH.
