Season 3 of The Traitors is winding down, which means speculation about the Season 4 cast is already underway. However, we know one person you can take out of the conversation, and that’s Jeff Lewis. He ain’t interested.
The real estate mogul and reality star recently revealed that he’s been approached for the show on multiple occasions. As iconic as it would be to see him and his lips in the castle, Jeff made it super clear that he’d never do it.
Why Jeff Lewis isn’t interested in joining The Traitors
During a recent episode of SiriusXM’s Jeff Lewis Live, he and Cynthia Bailey were dishing about The Traitors. Jeff asked if the casting team approached her for the show. Unfortunately, the Real Housewives of Atlanta star hasn’t heard a thing, but Jeff said his phone has rung multiple times.
“They reached back out to me again,” Jeff told Cynthia, before explaining why he’d never do it.
“I can’t do it,” he continued. “You leave for a month. I can’t leave for a month!”
Jeff said that between his real estate career and his fatherly duties, leaving that long would be difficult. Plus, he just signed a multi-year extension for his SiriusXM show. He can’t just leave his “chumps” hanging for a month.
If Jeff were to accept the offer, Cynthia wanted to know if he’d prefer to play as a Faithful or a Traitor. According to Jeff, it’s never crossed his mind. That’s how far removed he is from the idea.
“I haven’t thought about it. I’ve never even considered it,” Jeff added.
Although we won’t see Jeff on The Traitors anytime soon, that doesn’t mean we won’t see him on our screens. Right now, he’s working on a reboot of his show Flipping Out. There won’t be any murders happening on that show.
