Lies drive the drama on many of our favorite Bravo shows. If not all of them! Sometimes, the lies are as frivolous as whether or not a Real Housewives star bought 4 million dollars worth of jewelry. Other times, the lies are a way of covering up a shocking affair. In what might be the network’s most notorious case, it was a lie as serious as faking cancer.
We’ve also seen some lie detector tests take place on our favorite Bravo shows. Since there’s precedent, here are some of the network’s personalities whom we would like to see take a polygraph test. Some are amongst Bravo’s most notorious liars. Others, we just have a lot of questions we want answered.
Jax Taylor – The Valley

Jax Taylor has been one of the network’s most notorious liars since his Bravo debut. How many seasons of Vanderpump Rules revolved around his lies? It’s very funny to look back on how shocked everyone was by his lies on VPR Season 1.
Now, Jax’s loose relationship with the truth has continued on spin-off The Valley. His tendency to fudge the truth also made his divorce from Brittany Cartwright even messier. In fact, fans trust Jax so little, there were even theories at one point that the entire separation was a PR stunt.
Even aside from Jax’s more dramatic lies, a lie detector test could finally break open some of his infamous stories. Like claiming he slept with Lindsey Lohan when she said she never met him. Or his claim that he knew and lived with Channing Tatum before he got famous.
Honestly, it’s surprising no one’s asked Jax to take a polygraph yet. He already took a sociopath test on VPR!
Craig Conover – Southern Charm

Craig Conover’s loose relationship with the truth inspired a whole montage this season on Southern Charm. Lately, it’s gotten him in a lot of trouble both on and off the show. In this season, his alleged lies about what JT Thomas said caused major drama. Craig maintains he’s telling the truth, even though there is no footage of JT calling Patricia Altschul a b*tch. On Watch What Happens Live, Craig tried to argue he never lied on camera. This was right after the episode that featured said montage. Andy Cohen’s reaction was priceless.
Craig’s honesty has also been called into question amidst his increasingly messy split from Paige DeSorbo. Perhaps a lie detector test could get to the bottom of their he-said/she-said issues. For instance, it could help clear up the breakup timeline. Fans of Southern Charm and Summer House also want to know if Paige’s claims about him texting other women are true.
Kyle Richards – Real Housewives of Beverly Hills

For someone who regularly demands her costars be open and honest, Kyle Richards doesn’t exactly follow her own rules. This season on Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, Kyle found herself in hot water when she downplayed her texts with PK Kemsley. She’s also been accused of being frustratingly opaque about her personal life for the past couple of years. Much like her current and former costars, RHOBH viewers have a lot of unanswered questions for Kyle.
Maybe Kyle should take a page out of her frenemy Lisa Vanderpump’s book. LVP took a lie detector test during RHOBH’s infamous puppygate. However, even if Kyle decided to take a polygraph, she might choose to walk away if it doesn’t go well. It’s one of her habits, after all.
Mia Thornton – Real Housewives of Potomac

Real Housewives of Potomac viewers regularly have trouble keeping up with Mia Thornton’s version of events. In her very first appearance on the show, she seemed to forget how old she actually is. Sometimes she’s accused of over-exaggerating on social media or misreading a situation. Other times, her alleged lies are much more serious.
Mia really got in hot water in this most recent Potomac season. To the point where numerous viewers cheered on Gizelle Bryant for relentlessly calling her out at the reunion. Amongst other things, Gizelle claimed that Mia lies about living in the Potomac area, and resides in Atlanta. She also accused Mia of faking the recent split from Inc.
Will Kulp – Southern Hospitality

This season of Southern Hospitality once again features rumors Will Kulp cheated on Emmy Sharrett. When confronted about it in Las Vegas, Will tried defending himself with an elaborate story. He claimed that it was all a lie to try and sabotage his standing at law school. Emmy ate this excuse up and repeated it the next day. But their costars all had the same reaction: “bullsh*t.”
However, in the penultimate episode, TJ Dinch caught him in the lie. The whole time, Will claimed that Austin Stephan’s girlfriend’s brother made up the rumors. However, it was revealed that guy isn’t even the rumors’ source.
The consistent excuses and stories remind us of early VPR, but they are also getting exhausting. Let’s get to the bottom of the rumors once and for all. But the question is, would Emmy stop defending Will even if a polygraph showed he’s lying?
