Kyle Cooke aired out his frustration with Craig Conover on a Season 9 episode of Summer House. The Bravo star sent Craig’s then-girlfriend Paige DeSorbo a series of rage texts after learning Craig invested in Loverboy’s competitor, Spritz Society. Paige confronted Kyle for his out-of-pocket behavior, which led to a heated argument one night over dinner. The episode didn’t provide much backstory about Kyle and Craig’s beverage feud. If you’re confused as to why two grown men would be fighting over canned cocktails, you’ve come to the right place.
Let’s unpack the feud together. Here is everything you need to know about Kyle and Craig’s fallout.
How Kyle Cooke and Craig Conover’s feud started over Loverboy and Spritz Society
The drama began in the spring of 2024 when Craig announced his partnership with Spritz Society, a hard seltzer company founded by influencers Ben Soffer, Claudia Oshry, and Jackie Oshry. Kyle was upset to see his friend promoting a rival spritz company. He opened up about the dilemma during a May 2024 appearance on Watch What Happens Live, claiming Craig was dishonest with him.
“I think Craig had already signed the deal when he confronted me. He claimed he didn’t know I have a spritz … I’m like bro, we launched our spritz line a year and a half before [Spritz Society],” he said. “The way they went about it really rubbed me the wrong way.”
Kyle’s WWHL appearance isn’t the only time he threw a dig at Craig’s business endeavors. During Bravo Fan Fest in Miami, Kyle suggested Craig is not the entrepreneur he claims to be.
“He doesn’t actually run his own business. He gets to like, do his thing. I’m jealous of that,” he said in November 2024.
Craig replied to Kyle’s comments during his own WWHL appearance, telling host Andy Cohen the statement hurt his feelings.
“I’m really proud of what we’ve built, especially with Sewing Down South. And we’ve worked really hard, my two partners. You know, Kyle and I talked about this, this summer, so it was weird that it was still kind of living in his head, especially when you said, ‘Just say something nice about what Craig has done.’ So it just hurt my feelings,” he said.
Kyle Cooke threw shade at the Spritz business Craig Conover invested in

It’s been almost a year since the drama went down but Kyle isn’t done throwing a few punches at his competitor. The Loverboy founder stopped by Page Six’s Virtual Reali-Tea event in March 2025 where he reacted to news that Spritz Society sent out a press release about being featured on Season 9 of Summer House.
“I mean, I’m the least surprised,” he said. “I think the only press they’ve received in the last year has had my name on it – or the show.”
He clarified that he has no beef with the company’s founders, blaming Craig for all the drama.
“I think Craig just fed them a bunch of misinformation, which is what he does, and I don’t actually blame them whatsoever,” he said.
Kyle also fought with Hannah Berner over a beverage deal
Craig is not the first Bravoleb whose involvement with a competing beverage brand pissed Kyle off. In July 2024, Kyle’s former co-star Hannah Berner revealed that her falling out with Kyle stemmed from a business deal. The comedian spilled the tea during a July 2024 appearance on the Barstool podcast BFFs, telling the hosts, “The truth is beef started ’cause I did an ad for Truly Seltzer, and I didn’t know that I, like, wasn’t allowed to … I didn’t know that I wasn’t allowed to drink other drinks.”
Kyle has always maintained that his feud with Hannah began because he didn’t approve of how she treated his wife Amanda Batula.
Where do Kyle Cooke and Craig Conover stand today?

Despite the drama, Kyle and Craig seem to be on good terms today. In a recent interview with E! News, Craig spoke highly of his friend, telling the outlet he likes Kyle “a lot.”
“I do like Kyle a lot and we’ve had a lot of good memories throughout the year,” he said, “So, I think it was more I didn’t understand it. I also was just shocked. You’ll get to see how that plays out when Summer House comes out.”
Although, the Southern Charm star did admit he was “bummed” watching Kyle burn him on Summer House.
“Kyle is actually one of my closest friends in the Bravo world,” he said. “I really enjoy going to film with him, I like hanging with him, we used to do double dates, so I was surprised because I think our friendship goes outside of filming. I was just bummed.”
Summer House airs on Bravo and is available to stream on Peacock.
