Bravo fans are wondering when exactly Top Chef is coming back with a new season, and it turns out that Top Chef Season 22 is right around the corner. Not to be confused with Top Chef Canada, Top Chef returns with a season titled Destination Canada. It was filmed in several locations throughout the country, including Toronto, Montreal, and more. But when is the new Top Chef season coming to screens?
When is Top Chef coming back?
Top Chef returns with a new season on March 13, 2025, at 9/8c on Bravo.
Kristen Kish will host Top Chef Season 22, with head judge Tom Colicchio, and perennial judge Gail Simmons, also on board.
Viewers can expect to see Top Chef’s new season award the biggest prize in the series’ history. As well as the usual $250,000, a feature in Food & Wine magazine, and a Food & Wine Classic appearance in Aspen, the winner gets $125,000 Delta Air Lines credits. Not only that, but they’re awarded a headlining dinner in New York City’s James Beard House, and a presenting opportunity at the James Beard Restaurant and Chef Awards in Chicago. Cash prizes totaling over $150,000 are also up for grabs for all contestants throughout the new season.
A total of 15 chefs will be battling it out when Top Chef returns to Bravo. The majority hail from the United States, but there is one both born and living in Montreal, Quebec, taking part. Will the season being filmed in Canada provide them with an advantage? Only time will tell.
Top Chef is available to stream on Peacock and returns to Bravo on March 13, 2025, at 9/8c.
