Denise Richards is back on our screens via her newest series, Denise Richards & Her Wild Things. In a recent episode, her oldest daughter, Sami Sheen, revealed her plans for a nose job. In her confessional, Denise grew emotional over this narrative.
All mothers (unless they are toxic) love their children for who they are, not for who a doctor can make them out to be. Nevertheless, Denise understands the struggle, having been a working actress in Hollywood for decades. So, she will support Sami, even though her daughter’s insecurities bring her grief.

Riding shotgun in the latest episode of their series, Sami tells her mother that her nose is a “hard feature on [her] face.” In her confessional, Sami further explained that her career as an OnlyFans model has influenced her decisions, and this is why she desires to go under the knife for a rhinoplasty.
Denise tried convincing Sami that she was wrong, but her daughter makes serious cash on OnlyFans, so it is her money. Also, Denise understands what it is like being young in LA with famous parents. The pressure is real, so Sami can do as she sees fit. But yes, it makes her mother emotional.
In her confessional, Denise shared that it made her “so sad. I feel bad that she feels like she has to live up to my nose or whatever the f*ck. I don’t want them to feel they [need] to look a certain way.”
Sami followed through with her rhinoplasty in 2024. On TikTok, Sami shared her before and after images. “It’s only day 2 of recovery,” Sami penned, “but I already feel like a new woman[,] and I’m so so happy I finally got my dream nose.”
