Mauricio Umansky continues making no effort to hide his dating life. However, he wasn’t kissing his (short-lived) girlfriend at the airport this time. The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills husband was recently spotted making out with a mystery brunette at West Hollywood’s famous, very conspicuous Chateau Marmont. He was caught by both a lurking camera AND some of his estranged wife Kyle Richards’ RHOBH co-stars.

An eyewitness told The U.S. Sun that Mauricio – who’s been recovering from a skiing injury – was at the bar around midnight on Saturday, March 8. He was hanging out with two women but seemed to only have eyes for one. “They were kissing for a long while, maybe a minute or more,” the source shared. “She seemed interested, and they were leaning into the kiss, but it still seemed more casual than serious.”
The pair weren’t exactly sneaky about it, either. They were drinking sparkling and still water and flirting as the bar emptied and the lights came up.
And here’s where things get messy – Lisa Rinna and Erika Jayne were also at the Chateau that night. Awkward! “They walked right past his table and saw him making out with the woman,” the eyewitness revealed.
This isn’t the first time Mau’s wandering lips have made the news post-Kyle split. He finally addressed his airport makeout sesh with past fling, Nikita Kahn, on the most recent episode of RHOBH. The real estate mogul and Kyle announced their separation last year after 27 years of marriage, and since then, he’s been linked to a few different women. Meanwhile, Kyle’s name has been swirling in romance rumors with singer Morgan Wade, though she insists their relationship is more of a close friendship.
While neither Mauricio nor Kyle has filed for divorce yet, reconciliation seems to drift further and further from the realm of possibility. At this point, just give us a Real Ex-Husbands of Beverly Hills dating show. Surely, Dorit Kemsley’s estranged hubby PK Kemsley will be playing the field soon, too.
