Annemarie Wiley didn’t last long on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. However, she and her husband, Marcellus Wiley, have remained in the news. Marcellus, a sports commentator and former NFL player, now faces a fresh crop of lawsuits.
Two more women stepped forward with lawsuits accusing him of sexual assault while he was a student at Columbia University in the 1990s. These are in addition to a separate rape lawsuit filed against him in 2023 ahead of his RHOBH season 13 debut.
Marcellus Wiley, RHOBH alum Annemarie Wiley’s husband, is facing further rape accusations

This isn’t the first time Marcellus has been accused of sexual misconduct. In late 2023, another woman filed a lawsuit against him. She alleges that he sexually assaulted her in 1994 while they were students at Columbia. Marcellus denied the allegations on YouTube, calling them “BS.”
One of the latest accusers, who now lives in Texas, was identified in court documents as Jane Doe. According to The New York Post, Jane Doe alleges that Marcellus assaulted her in his dorm on October 27, 1994. She says she said “no repeatedly,” but he insisted she was “too uptight” and needed to “relax.” The lawsuit alleges that Marcellus turned up his stereo, moved closer to her, and then raped her.
According to the complaint, Marcellus held her down and whispered, “To relax, enjoy it, stop crying, and stop fighting the feeling.” At the time, she was a Barnard College student and later reported the incident to a university official. However, she claims she was discouraged from taking legal action, allegedly being warned she “would be known as the girl who destroyed a Black man’s NFL dream.”
The second accuser, who now lives in California, says Marcellus assaulted her about a month later, also in his dorm room.
Marcellus spent a decade playing in the NFL for the Buffalo Bills and San Diego Chargers. He then moved into sports media, becoming a familiar face on ESPN and Fox Sports 1. He also appeared as a guest on Bravo’s Millionaire Matchmaker in 2011.
Both women are seeking financial damages, though specific amounts have not been disclosed.
Columbia University hasn’t commented, and Marcellus’ legal team has yet to respond to inquiries regarding the lawsuits. Annemarie – who’s currently suing the American Society of Anesthesiologists for accusing her of “title misappropriation” – hasn’t commented on the newest allegations against her husband.
Season 14 of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills continues Tuesdays at 8/7c on Bravo.
