Beyonce’s Mom Seemingly Shades Kanye West Over Twitter Attack

Beyonce’s mom, Tina Knowles, seemingly threw shade at Kanye West over his X (formerly Twitter) attack on the singer and Jay-Z kids. West, who now goes by Ye, made hateful and disturbing tweets about the couple’s younger kids, which he has since deleted, on the social media platform. The rapper’s comments came amid his tirade about his ex-wife, Kim Kardashian, and custody battle rumors following the North West song controversy.

Knowles addressed the situation in an Instagram post with a “corny joke,” supposedly responding to West’s spiteful remarks. The latter expressed feeling “BAD” for unreasonably targeting Jay-Z and his family in a separate tweet on Wednesday.

It seemed like Kanye West’s hateful X (formerly Twitter) posts captured the attention of Tina Knowles, Beyonce’s mom, who appeared to throw shade at him for attacking her daughter and Jay-Z’s kids. Knowles posted a video from the photo set of her book to share a “corny joke,” saying, “Wanna hear it? Here it goes.” First, the author and businesswoman questioned, “What happens when a snowman throws a tantrum?” She then wittily responded before concluding the joke with a chuckle, “He has a meltdown.”

Knowles then wrote a touching note in the caption, “It’s hard to remain positive and classy in the face of ignorance and evil.” She then wrote about knowing that “no weapon formed against me or my family shall prosper,” claiming that this is not her battle but “the Lords” and that “God has got this.” In the clip, the 71-year-old appeared all dolled up, wearing a red tracksuit with thick white stripes on the stripes. Additionally, her hair looked professionally done as she wore full-face makeup and looked absolutely gorgeous.

Beyonce’s mom shared the post in light of Kanye West’s recent tweets on X directed at the Grammy winner and Jay-Z’s kids. West called the couple’s younger kids an ableist slur and later explained his decision to take down the post in a follow-up tweet, claiming he was not doing it because he is a “GOOD PERSON,” but only because of the “POSSIBILITY OF MY TWITTER BEING CANCELLED.”

On Wednesday, the 47-year-old musician again tweeted that he loves Jay-Z and felt “BAD” about the hate-filled comments. West then listed his reasons for being “A SLIGHT,” including the couple not attending his “FIRST WEDDING” with Kim Kardashian and “PUTTING KENDRICK ON THE SUPERBOWL OVER ME,” among other things.
