Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles may be on pause, but Josh Flagg sure isn’t. The infamous real estate agent is keeping busy these days as he continues to buy and sell properties. Josh is known for sticking within the Beverly Hills and Bel Air areas. And one of his latest listings is located right in that sweet spot. It is an “extraordinary” and “rare” Beverly Hills mansion up for sale. So, what makes this home so special?

While Josh may be busy selling properties, he recently purchased a $14 million home for himself. He picked up a mid-century modern place that was “once reportedly owned by musician Charlie Puth.” Would you expect anything less from Flagg?
However, now he’s focused on selling a new property. And Josh will do anything to get eyes on a listing. During Season 15 of MDLLA, he had an iconic property in Pasadena for sale. Josh’s strategy was to have the video for the home go viral, so naturally he grabbed his bestie, Denise Richards, to star in it.
For this property, he decided to keep it simple with some stunning photos instead. Josh also posted a very detailed description. He wrote, “Perched atop a private 8.3-acre promontory in Beverly Hills, this extraordinary estate offers breathtaking panoramic views stretching from the city skyline to the ocean.” As long as there’s no smog, of course.
He also described the home as having “a rare combination of seclusion and proximity to the heart of Los Angeles.” Translation: perfect for people who have a helicopter! Inside there is “a grand entry foyer with dual sweeping staircases, and sophisticated interiors.”
There is also “an oversized terrace, pool, and spa,” plus “a full-size tennis court.” Josh concluded, “With soaring ceilings, elegant finishes, and an open layout designed for both comfort and luxury, this home is a masterpiece of timeless design and modern amenities.” And I’m sure his next listing will be just as glamorous.
