The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills Season 14 reunion is shaping up to be one for the ages. Yes, it’s fourteen seasons into the show, but has Kyle Richards ever left the stage as she was rumored to have done? And have the RHOBH veteran and Dorit Kemsley ever sparred this badly?
If the fractured relationship between Dorit and Kyle all season is any indication, there will be a reckoning of sorts at the reunion. And the fashion maven revealed in a recent interview that the RHOBH reunion had exactly that. Also, she was expecting to be in the hot seat. It was the kind of interaction that would make or break the friendship.
Are Dorit Kemsley and Kyle Richards still friends after filming the RHOBH Season 14 reunion?
The RHOBH cast filmed the Season 14 reunion on February 28. And during a recent interview with Interview Magazine, Dorit said that her interaction with Kyle made a massive impact on the course of their friendship. The Bravolebrity did not disclose whether it was positive or negative though.
“Would you say Kyle respects your friendship?” the interviewer asked Dorit, “Because in the beginning of this season, it did feel like she downplayed how close you guys had been and I found that kind of nasty.”
“Oh, it was nasty. It was mean and it was really hurtful, and I think that’s why I had such strong emotions with regards to our friendship and my feelings about it, because it didn’t feel consistent with the friendship I’d been made to believe we shared,” she responded.
Indeed, earlier in the season, Dorit fumed as Kyle downplayed their friendship. They finally managed to find some common ground over their respective separations from former spouses. As for the reunion, Dorit teased that it will all come to a head one way or another.
“I don’t want to give too much away though. Don’t forget, we just filmed the reunion a couple of weeks ago, so I do think that viewers need to tune in and see. But I can categorically tell you this: after the reunion, there is absolutely no doubt which way we go,” she stated.
