On Southern Charm Season 10, newbie Molly O’Connell has made no secret of her crush on Shep Rose.
But following his heartbreak with Miss Bahamas 2021 Sienna Evans, Shep was still healing. Luckily, his buddy Whitney Sudler-Smith urged him to ask Molly to Madison LeCroy and Ryan Albert’s soiree as his date.
Toward the end of the evening, Molly kissed Shep, while their friends cheered from across the room. Shep admitted she’s a “really good kisser,” and a graphic told us that two hours later, Molly’s “dry spell” came to an end. So was it just a one-night stand or are they still together?

Though neither of their Instagram accounts yields any answers, Venita Aspen spilled some tea on the March 20 episode of Watch What Happens Live. She indicated that, as Kathy Hilton would say, everything is “hunky dory” between the two.
When Andy Cohen asked a Bravo superfan what she thought of Shep and Molly as a couple, Venita weighed in. “I feel like I’d like to see that play out,” she said. “Also, Molly is so sweet, so if Shep does anything wrong to her I would be very upset.”
“I don’t think Shep’s gonna hurt her,” Venita added, hinting that the couple might be in a relationship.
Eagle-eyed fans have also noted that in photos of the upcoming SC reunion, Shep and Molly are seated next to each other. Historically, cast members on the outs with each other are seated on opposite couches. Think Carl Radke and Lindsay Hubbard.
In addition, Shep and Molly appeared together on their last WWHL visit back in December. Could that be coincidental? Time will tell.
Their friends are all rooting for them. Even Shep’s ex, Taylor Ann Green, is a fan, though admittedly with a grain of salt.
“I encouraged it,” she told Decider. “I love Molly … She is an absolute catch. She’s just fun and quirky, and they share a lot of similar interests. I kind of shipped it as well. But looking back, I was like, ‘Why would I do that to Molly? She’s such a catch!’”
