Unfathomable, unbelievable, and implausible are just a few of the words Bethenny Frankel used to describe Teresa Giudice and Luis Ruelas’ tax troubles. Between the two of them, they owe over $3 million in taxes to the state of New Jersey, and Bethenny can hardly wrap her head around it.

In a new Instagram post, Bethenny slammed The Real Housewives of New Jersey OG for finding herself in yet another marriage with messy money problems.
“I cannot believe Teresa is in another marriage with financial and legal issues,” Bethenny began.
She went on to remind her followers how Teresa proudly told Andy Cohen that she wasn’t going to sign a prenup ahead of her 2022 marriage to Luis. At the time, Bethenny said she was going to “jump through her phone” if Teresa didn’t sign one. Now, here they are today with $3 million in tax debt and begging for more time to pay off a separate $1 million loan that Luis took out on their house.
Bethenny continued, “I feel terrible, but like fool me once, you’re a fool. Fool me twice, I’m a fool.”
In Bethenny’s opinion, Tre might be one of the “worst pickers’ when it comes to her marriages. The fact that she went from a man who led her to prison only to turn around and marry a guy with a multimillion-dollar tax lien. According to Bethenny, the fact that the couple still wants to be on TV says a lot about their character.
Bethenny said, “Why would you both go on TV? There’s something wrong with someone who goes on TV knowing that you have a dead body in your trunk.”
