Lisa Rinna Explains ‘Little Girl’ Apology to Andy Cohen After RHOBH Shade

It looks like Lisa Rinna and Andy Cohen have settled their differences in her recent remarks about Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. However, she still has some lingering thoughts and revelations about their last interaction.

This isn’t the first time Lisa and Andy have butted heads. Lisa has always been quite outspoken and never really one to backtrack her comments. She’s famously feuded with Kathy Hilton, Denise Richards, and even Caroline Brooks of the Real Housewives of Dubai.

Lisa Rinna “reverted” to former behavior apologizing to Andy Cohen after the RHOBH comments

The RHOBH alum discussed her latest interaction with Andy with her husband Harry Hamlin during an episode of their podcast Let’s Not Talk About the Husband.

She said her former castmate Erika Jayne first told her that her Titanic comments might be an issue. She saw Erika in Chicago on Broadway before taping with Andy.

“I don’t even remember I’d said that,” Lisa claimed. “I didn’t really remember saying this, it was just something I threw out. Like, I didn’t clock it.”

When Lisa arrived to record with Andy for his SiriusXM radio show, she first tried to apologize for the sinking ship remarks.

“First thing I say to him, ‘Gosh, you know what? Erika told me that you didn’t like that I said that about the Titanic. And hey if I hurt your feelings I’m sorry.” It was a bit of a non-apology apology.

However, she felt that she regressed to a pattern of behavior with Andy that she thought she had moved past. “I believe I walked into that space, I fell into a trope of Housewife to Big Daddy,” Lisa said. “I feel back into a role I played for eight years. One where I gave my power to Andy who is my boss. Almost like a little girl going back to the role she plays for her family.”

Rinna admits all she meant to say was that she was sorry she hurt Andy’s feelings with her opinion. But that she still meant it.

Lisa admitted had a good time with Andy on his show but didn’t feel good about reverting back to old patterns. She added that sometimes going back to situations that held trauma may make people react a certain way.

Lisa left RHOBH in 2023 after eight years on the famous franchise. She said she has never been happier.

Real Housewives of Beverly Hills airs every Tuesday at 8/7c on Bravo.
