As Kyle Cooke once shouted, “Summer should be fun!” And this newest season of Summer House is not disappointing. Between a pregnant Lindsay Hubbard and Carl Radke giving “lemur vibes,” the house share has had a few fun weekends. The season is almost halfway over, so it means fans were just gifted the midseason trailer. And boy, do the roomies have their work cut out for them.
Lexi Wood confronts Jesse Solomon in the Summer House midseason trailer
One new face this season on Summer House is Lexi Wood. She is a young model who has dated some famous names like Presley Walker Gerber. Upon stepping into the house, Jesse Solomon’s jaw hit the floor almost immediately. Jesse fell hard and found himself in a relationship with the 27-year-old. Their lust was hot and heavy, with Lexi making it clear early on that she wanted to be exclusive. Jesse, being Jesse, struggled with the concept. Cameras still very much caught him making remarks to the ladies of the house and even flirting with Ciara Miller.
The midseason trailer showed Jesse being reamed by the model for putting someone else’s foot in his mouth. Ew. Cameras showed Lexi asking Lindsay “Jesse got his toe sucked?” She then confronts Jesse telling him “You’re making it seem like I’m some crazy jealous girl when like, you let a random girl suck your toe!” Lexi later tells West Wilson that the 31-year-old is “getting mad at me about flirting with you in the club.” But Amanda Batula has a theory sharing, “Jesse’s embarrassed that he shared his real feelings.”

Clearly, there is trouble in paradise. Amanda and Kyle have actually had a pretty decent season thus far. The DJ hasn’t been going out every night partying, instead choosing to wake up not hungover. And Amanda has been working hard on her bathing suit line. But the 33-year-old is starting to second-guess if she wants to start a family like she had always planned. “Some days I’m like, should I even have kids?”
Amanda says to her husband. “I’m not suited to take care of something else.” Kyle, who is 42, seems confused by the revelation. A scene shows him talking to Tom Schwartz, saying, “I would never have thought I would not have kids by now.”
Paige DeSorbo breaks down over Craig Conover relationship
The end of the midseason trailer fast-forwards to the winter. Paige DeSorbo and Craig Conover have broken up. Summer House cameras catch Paige opening up about their breakup while talking to Lindsay and Amanda. “He says to me, ‘I really wish you didn’t do this before you saw the ring,’” Paige shares. The 32-year-old adds, “In my head, I was like, this is why we’re breaking up because I don’t know if you’re lying right now.”
In a recent episode, Craig was filmed telling Paige he wasn’t sure about her upcoming podcast tour. The Southern Charm star noted, “I just don’t want to feel forgotten about.” Paige also mentioned she didn’t want to be resented for pursuing her dreams. She told Craig, “My career is way different than when we met, and I don’t feel bad about that.”
Carl Radke flirts with Ciara Miller during the Summer House Season 9 midseason trailer
The midseason trailer shows that Ciara and Carl are back on good terms. During his relationship with Lindsay, Carl lost his friendship with the nurse and Paige but vowed to work on repairing them this summer. Carl is seen confiding in Ciara, saying, “I kind of have a crush on you.” But fans just saw Carl introduce his new crush, Lil, at the shipwrecked party, so it is unclear if Ciara is the main attraction.
Ciara also finds herself on the defense with newbie Imrul Hassan. The new kid on the block has been bringing multiple women home every night, and it is starting to annoy the model. She is seen asking, “Do you bring home girls like this in your own home? Because it’s obnoxious at this point.” Clearly, there is a lot more to unpack for this season, and the weekends are just starting to heat up.
