Actor Glen Powell certainly is pretty, and in recent months he’s been seemingly everywhere. Now the Twisters star is putting a little extra sauce on our lives with his new line of spicy condiments.
On April 1, the actor was in New York City launching his Smash Kitchen line of organic condiments. Despite rumors of a romance between Glen and his Anyone But You co-star Sydney Sweeney, everyone (including his mom) says they’re just good friends. Sydney was not at the launch party.
At the launch, Glen mingled with guests, who sampled the eight Smash Kitchen flavors, including hot honey ketchup, spicy mayo, and hot honey BBQ. They must be good, because one starstruck attendee gushed, “I love the taste of your mustard in my mouth.”

A shower of Bravo stars turned out to try Glen’s hot honey ketchup, including Carl Radke, Lexi Wood, and Luke Gulbranson. Apparently, Carl was on a mission from his mom to get a picture with Glen. A source told Page Six, the two celebs bonded over their mutual love of their moms.
The Top Gun: Maverick star made an early exit from the party, due to an early call on NBC’s Today Show the following morning. There he kept interviewers on their toes, avoiding any clarification of the nature on relationship with Sydney. But Glen’s mom and close friends are more straightforward about the rumors.
“They are not dating, just good friends,” an insider shared.
In late March, rumors of the pair being more than friends peaked when Sydney accompanied Glen to his Texas hometown for his sister’s wedding. Dismissing rumors that they’re a couple as being “silly,” Glen’s mom went on the record: “They’re definitely not together … [There is] nothing going on behind closed doors.”
The star’s spicy condiments hit Walmart stores this week. In the meantime, Glen’s taking the party to Los Angeles on April 4 for an invite-only BBQ. Maybe he should have waited for Cinco de Mayo?
