Celebrity Big Brother 2025 has arrived in the UK, with 13 famous faces entering the house. Though it’s been less than 24 hours, there’s already CBB tension rising. Daley Thompson appears to be the culprit, after making a shady comment towards RuPaul’s Drag Race UK winner Danny Beard. Here’s what he said, and why Danny feels a little uncertain about whether or not they’ll be able to form a friendship…

“I’m overthinking it,” Danny says in a conversation with actor and comedian Donna Preston, as they pour over the snacks in the storeroom. “I’m gonna totally make an effort with him tomorrow, that’s it,” Danny adds. The Drag Race champ heard Daley throw some shade earlier on in the living room.
“Not everything is about you,” Daley said to Danny. This came after Danny mistakenly thought Hollywood’s Mickey Rourke was selecting him to enter the prize room. Mickey actually chose fellow American JoJo Siwa to enter the room.
Later in the safety of the Diary Room, Danny opens up more to Big Brother. “I think I’ve tried to make an effort with everybody,” he says, “but I heard Daley make a comment like, ‘well not everything revolves around you,’ and I don’t know if I’m overthinking it … I can sense, or I feel like he’s a bit wary of me. And that’s fine, ’cause maybe I’m also a little bit wary of him.”
Tensions are already rising, and the housemates haven’t even spent a full day together just yet! This is going to be a great season…
