There is tension on Real Housewives of Atlanta between Porsha Williams and Shamea Morton. The duo have been friends since high school. Shamea has also been a guest on the show more than once thanks to her connection to Porsha. Most would assume a decades-long friendship would last, but all is far in love and war, especially when a peach is up for grabs. Now P has to backtrack after hurling some hurtful words at Shamea.
Porsha Williams threw shade at Shamea Morton’s singing on RHOA
Shamea is all about taking the high road, but that may be a trial in futility since Porsha has been coming for her hard. Viewers noted the tension after Shamea shared her new song. Most of the women raved, but Porsha threw shade, asking, “That’s not you. That’s Drew. I don’t know your singing voice?… Are you on it?” In a recent video, Shamea noted, “That was hurtful … Porsha is a good friend of mine, and I would’ve thought she would’ve at least let the people hear the song.”
The Neva Had singer added, “Why would I be playing Drew’s song when I’ve been singing since I was able to talk? I don’t know. That’s crazy … I’m promoting my own damn music.” Shamea is also working through the unkind words Porsha’s mom had to say about her. In the video, the newest RHOA star said, “I’ve had nothing but love for Porsha and her family. I will always show love and support them. I have nothing nasty or negative to say about any of them.” Clearly, Shamea is always going to take the high road.
