Cameras are up in West Hollywood! The word on the street is that the new Vanderpump Rules cast has started filming the highly-anticipated Season 12. Although we’re still not sure who has signed on for the reboot, we feel it’s only a matter of time before we start getting names.
The Vanderpump Rules reboot has an all-new cast
In 2024, Bravo announced that they were completely rebooting VPR with a brand-new cast. Of course, the only person moving forward with the show is Lisa Vanderpump, the show’s namesake. A press release at the time teased that we were getting back to the basics of VPR.
The synopsis teased, “Under Lisa Vanderpump’s watchful eye, the West Hollywood mainstay SUR — and now TomTom — welcomes the next batch of servers, hosts, and bartenders rife with plenty of drama, situationships, and frenemies.”
According to a report from TMZ, they’re off to the races with the reboot! Their photographers snapped pictures of LVP entering SUR on Wednesday, April 9. She was surrounded by a camera crew, and insiders said the rest of the cast arrived later that night to film their first group scene.
Surprisingly, there’s still no word on who will be appearing in this new show, but so far, we’ve heard plenty of promising things. LVP called the new cast a bunch of “young little minxes,” and showrunner Alex Baskin called them a “really fun group.”
He teased, “It’s getting back to sort of the foundational principles of the show. It’s a group of people who really work at the restaurant and are besties, live together, going through a really fun phase of their life together.”
We’ll be keeping our eyes peeled for more details on Vanderpump Rules Season 12. It’s only a matter of time before someone starts spilling the tea on the new cast.
