Livvy Dunne Rates Boyfriend’s Athletic Skills

It’s just a whole lot of teasing and joshing around for Livvy Dunne and her Major League Baseball player boyfriend, Paul Skenes. The Rookie of the Year took a tumble during his Monday night game and Dunne didn’t hold back from poking fun at her beau by critiquing his athletic skills. The gymnast took to her Instagram Stories to share a clip of Skenes, a Pittsburgh Pirates pitcher, falling to the ground and performing a somersault during their game against the Washington Nationals. She rated him a solid “9.8” with a “slight deduction.”

Livvy Dunne on Paul Skenes’ baseball skills: ‘Slight deduction on the landing’

Livvy Dunne’s got a joke or two in store for her boyfriend, Paul Skenes. She recently rated his nearly perfect landing during the Pirates’ Monday night game against the Nationals in a blooper moment. Dunne, who appeared to be watching the match on TV, recorded a short clip of her man taking a tumble mid-game and shared it on her Instagram Stories. She then wrote in a text, rating his fall a “9.8” with a “slight deduction on landing.”

According to the New York Post, Skenes fell while catching a throw from his teammate Ke’Bryan Hayes during the top of the sixth inning. He was attempting to cover third base, and in the middle of catching Hayes’ throw and tagging the runner, he fell on the grass and tumbled past to avoid colliding. Dunne, Louisiana State University’s star gymnast, recorded his ungraceful fall.

Besides sharing her boyfriend’s baseball blooper and rating his athleticism, Livvy Dunne appeared more than ready to take on the NCAA semifinals in her other Instagram Stories. She and the rest of the LSU gymnastics team made their way to Fort Worth, Texas, for the championship after securing the national title last year. In one snap, she posed with her teammates for a plane selfie while another showed her looking all dolled up at the destination.
