Bravo fans were introduced to Jesse Lally on Season 1 of The Valley, which aired in the spring of 2024. Viewers watched his marriage to wife Michelle Lally fall apart on camera as the couple struggled to recover the chemistry they once had. They announced their separation in March 2024 but according to Bravo, they actually split months earlier in October 2023. Fans were not surprised by the breakup after witnessing the state of the marriage in The Valley’s debut season.

The couple moved on quickly after the news became public. Michelle began dating financial advisor Aaron Nosler, and Jesse appeared on the red carpet with a beautiful blonde a month after the announcement. The woman on Jesse’s arm was identified as Lacy Nicole, a socialite and philanthropist based in Orange County, California.

The two are still together, but Lacy will not appear on Season 2 of The Valley. Her absence has left fans with questions about the woman in Jesse’s life.

Here is everything we know about Jesse’s girlfriend.

Lacy Nicole owns a foundation

According to her Instagram Bio, Lacy is the founder of a foundation called Shame to Sparkle, which aims to help people living with trauma and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). The foundation’s mission statement says their goal is to normalize discussion and advocacy for individuals living with these conditions.

Lacy is also a mental health advocate and co-chair for COSF, a foundation focused on fighting pediatric cancer. COSF was founded by Thomas Pierce, who began the foundation after losing a friend to cancer.

Lacy spoke about her mental health journey in an interview with Michelle Tennant Nicholson, creator of Writethetrauma.org. She shared what inspired her to start Shame to Sparkle, telling Michelle she wanted to create more open discussion about mental health.

“It’s okay to combat your shame or share your pain. I believe we are all born perfect, and unfortunately, circumstances, society, others’ projections, trauma, and more all have adverse effects on us,” she said.

“The main focus of STSF is now primarily rooted in resources for PTSD specifically, but I hope to grow from there,” she continued.

Jesse Lally says Lacy Nicole has “a beautiful soul”

Jesse opened up about his relationship with Lacy during a May 2024 appearance on Page Six’s Virtual Reali-Tea podcast. He spoke kindly about the new woman in his life, telling the outlet, “She’s just a very amazing person and she’s, like, a beautiful soul.”

At the time, Jesse described the romance as casual, describing it as “just fun” with “no labels.” However, the romance has evolved into something more serious. Jesse and Lacy’s romance caused conflict in the Season 2 premiere of The Valley. Jesse mentioned wanting to move closer to Lacy, who resides in Orange County. He brought up the idea to his ex-wife, Michelle, suggesting their daughter, Isabella, go to school in Newport rather than Los Angeles. The conversation ended with Michelle threatening to file for full-custody if Jesse tried to relocate their daughter, so yeah, it may not happen.

In an interview with Entertainment Tonight, Jesse confirmed that his girlfriend will not appear on Season 2 of The Valley. He told the outlet that he and Lacy made the decision together.

“We had just started a new relationship [when filming began],” he explained. “It’s hard enough going through a divorce in private, [we’re] going through a divorce on television, talking about Michelle and I … For the health of Isabella, we talked about it, and she’s meeting a woman for the first time that is not her mother, and just for the sake of Isabella … we just decided it probably wasn’t best.”

He also shared his thoughts on Michelle’s new beau, telling ET he has “no problem” with his ex dating.

“I got to know him,” he said. “We were able to spend a lot of time together filming. We had a very emotional one-on-one conversation that you’ll see in Season 2. It ended really well.”

The Valley is available to stream on Peacock. In the UK and Ireland, it airs on Hayu.
