RHOA’s Kenya Moore Claims Bravo Edited Out Major Brit Eady Threat

While most folks were celebrating Easter, 4/20, or a combination of the two, we were busy watching Kenya Moore’s new YouTube video. She promised to spill more tea on Brit Eady and everything we didn’t see on Real Housewives of Atlanta Season 16, so we clocked in and watched the entire 30-minute video.

During the video, which she’s calling “Moore Confessionals,” Kenya continued her narrative that Bravo didn’t take Brit’s pistol comments as seriously as they should have. Plus, she claimed that some of Brit’s most egregious threats were edited out of the show. The plot thickens.

Did Brit Eady directly threaten Kenya Moore on RHOA?

On RHOA Season 16 Episode 5, we all clearly heard Brit make references to pistols and whips following a petty argument with Kenya. After the episode aired, Brit claimed she never had any weapons on her. Additionally, Andy Cohen said that Bravo investigated the threat and found that she didn’t violate any of the network’s policies. Of course, Kenya shared a very different take in her YouTube video.

Kenya recalled, “She was yelling and screaming, and it was then when that I heard her say the following words, ‘That’s why I keep a pistol for bitches like you.’”

“You didn’t hear it. I heard it,” Kenya continued. “It didn’t make the edit.”

According to Kenya, she immediately went to the showrunner to express concerns about her safety. She said she felt like Brit was threatening to “unalive” her. She also contacted the production company the next day to report the incident. However, she felt like the subsequent investigation was a sham.

Mocking the investigation, Kenya said, “Hey, did you have a gun that night? No? Okay, case closed.”

At the time of the pistol comment, Brit had only been filming for three weeks. With over a decade of history with Bravo, Kenya felt like the network should have prioritized her. Kenya theorized that if Brit had said something like this in a different Housewives city, the result would have been dramatically different.

Kenya asked, “If that happened on [Real Housewives of] Beverly Hills, do you think she would be in jail, or punished, or out of a job? Do you think if she had said that to Kyle [Richards] or Teresa Giudice or any other Housewife on any other show, do you think she would still have a job?”

The Real Housewives of Atlanta continues on Bravo every Sunday at 8/7c and streams on Hayu in the UK and Ireland.

TELL US – WHAT ARE YOUR THOUGHTS ON KENYA’S CLAIMS ABOUT BRIT? DO YOU BELIEVE THAT BRIT MADE OTHER COMMENTS ABOUT HER GUNS THAT DIDN’T AIR?
